Roll on tomorrow night so that all this claptrap about transfers can stop and we can concentrate on the job in hand - survival. Get behind the lads for the rest of the season - we can do this.

Well that's it, let's all get behind wolves for last 8 games, see what happens, hope with all my heart we don't go down, the 2 ms will have there say no doubt if we stay up, havnt heard nothing off the pair of them during the loan market, just shows how tight these guys are when it comes to spending money on players, yet they spend money on buildings and land with no problem at all.

Wolves to get Sergei gnarby and les Davies from Bangor city on loan
Estateagentsmomsbrothersnephew

Do they play inside out?

We are more likely to end up with Les Dennis

And Sergie the meerkat bloke!

Saunders must go

With our activity in the loan window looking as active as it was during the transfer window it is obvious that Downo is not fit for the role of manager.

the reasons are in my view

1) He lacks the courage to stand up to Moxey and Morgan and say that without a few modifications things will not change showing that he has neither the ambition or strength of character

2) Rumours, and they are rumours suggest we have been turned down by several players not wanting to come to Wolves, therefore I can only conclude that the club has no attraction, hardly surprising considering our league position but a dynamic manager could attract anyone who could sense ambition and want to be part of it

3) Style of play - other than turning the clock back 30 years the long ball game is going to achieve nothing, not this year, next year or any time.

Whether we stay up or not Saunders must be sacked as either way with he leadership and tactics next year will only be a repeat of this year but without the benefit of 6 months of a manager who had ambition, skill and a plan for the future.

Sack the clown before he takes us down

So we do what you say and sack him tonight. Then we definitely won't stay up, we definitely won't sign anybody on loan. I don't disagree entirely but we will have to live with what we have got.

And appoint who? No decent manager in their right mind would want to manage a potential league 1 team. Give Saunders pre season and let him bring in his own signings before we judge him. We have had 4 managers within the past year and all of them have found it difficult for wolves to play decent football. Coincidence or is it the players?

I'd be quite happy to see out the season with Steve Weaver as caretaker manager. Saunders out.

No decent managers available - We sacked one in January

STS had a plan but unfortunately the players did not like it. neither did all fans like it / him (Paul "the futures bright" Tamworth) and the board lost it altogether

As always it will be our loss and someone else's gain

Give him pre-season? Where he'll bring in carp players who we'll be stuck with? No thanks!. might as well give him to the end of the season but then get shot of him! With a new season it's a clean slate and better managers WILL be interested!

Agreed, another change won't help. Looking back, we have no idea whether we'd have stayed up under Mick. We weren't in the bottom 3 at that point.

We have no idea if we'd be staying up (or better) under Stale. We weren't in the bottom 3 then either.

If we sack Deano now and then go down, again we'll never know and will probably regret it (let's face it there will be nobody like Alex, Jose or Guus coming anywhere near us).

we have got to get some players and fast we could stay up we just need blake and doyle to pick up there game and score goals like they use to,
come on wolves pull your finger out your ars

isnt it funny how no ones wants to come to wolves! 2 years ago we could have had our pick-now we couldn't even get a player from the evo-stick league to come to us. shocking how things change. can't take much more of this. if league 1 beckons i'm off to support my local team hednesford! thanks moxey!

Why not support both? I support Wolves and I also support my local team (in Scotland) and I also support England and the team my son plays in. There's usually a couple of other teams at any one time I find myself wanting to win for various reasons, e. g. Schalke.

These teams don't ever play eachother. Mind, the way things are going, Hendesford vs Wolves is a possibility in the forseeable.

Good thinking mcwulf I might just do that! just so dis hearted over wolves matey can't see anything getting better can u? even today we can't seem to sign anybody! shows how far we have dropped from a great height!

Sheff Wed have signed Seyi Olofinjana from Hull City till the end of the season. Thoughts and opinions folks?

I saw that too. What's he like these days? He was probably one of the best players we unloaded since Lescott but I suspect now he's struggling even in the Championship.

Have to agree with that McWulf, not sure about his present form though. Apparently, he's only made 12 appearances for Hull this season and 3 of those was as a sub. Question is, would he be any better than the midfield players we already have?

27 Mar 2013 17:25:41
Kevin Davies has been told he can leave bolton in the loan transfer window. I'd snap him up better than anything we have got. And I'd he Does well on the last games I'd offer him another year

Always seems to do well against us.

Well norwich have signed a dutch lad van wolf something so mayb holty would b a srewd piece of business especially at this level or below? An wiv saunders lamp it lump it tactics anyone agree

I can't see us getting any strikers in now, Dean Saunders isn't the most intelligent manager and he's been putting his faith in Doyle and Seb and now that they've both scored recently, that faith definitely won't go. I also can't see us getting a goalkeeper on loan, we'll probably just sign up Kello on a free, which I'm relatively happy about to be fair as from what I've seen of him he looks really good. I think we might be surprised tomorrow though, I have a feeling he'll bring in an experienced centre mid, because Karl Henry has underachieved and David Davis isn't quite ready yet. Maybe a winger as well now pretty much all of them are injured, if only they'd see sense and buy peszko now, and play him for the rest of the season.

Buy Peszko. they won't even buy a pie from tesco. We have been hung drawn and quartered. our intelligence questioned. our loyalty pushed to far beyond the limit. every penny has been squeezed. If I had to draw any educated conclusions then my conclusions would be. this has the smell of an asset stripping company. What the agenda is I can't begin to understand but someone knows and are more than happy to see us in this position. We have been well and truly kippered to the extent it wouldn't be a major surprise if the private limited company subsidiary that can't be accessed via Bridgemere public limited company has used us and our prem position at the time to guarantee and under write a lot of business thereupon coventry here we come. Remember their chairman at the start of the season. No debts all the money in on the team. £60 Million debt just declared. Robins was a decent manager, spent zip. The truth will out but too late for some. hope it's not us!

I'm not saying we are going all out to get loan payers in but what is becoming more and more obvious is players are happy sitting on there backsides and not bothered if they play or not just as long as they getting there wage every week. Hopefully we will get a couple of quality players in but it's not looking promising at the minute as you can already see Fridays e&s saying we tried for 2 or 3 players but at the last minute they turned us down

27 Mar 2013 10:39:48
Saunders looking to bring in 2or3 loans before 5pm Friday, yes and I'm going to the Moon and back in time for Saturdays game. More lies from the Mol. WFE

Transfer deadline is Tomorrow, Thursday 28th March, not Friday ;0

why did we ever get rid of solbakken? why wasent he backed? why do we have a clueless clown in charge?

100% agree mate. P. J.

Best to ask Paul Tamworth and his crew that question mate. I bet if we'd kept him we'd be at least mid table now.

We should get Solbakken back before we lose out on him. He wants to come back, we want Saunders out, it's a win-win situation.

He's in the running for the Norway job. Much as I would like it to, I really can't see it happening anymore

I get this post but when sol was in charge all this site was after was sols head on the block for the chop now u all want him bk i'm a wolves fan always have and always will b but our days went down the day sir jack left he was not wiling to put any more money in and morgan must have promised a hell of a lot and not stuck to his word cause there is no way would sir jack sold his wolves to a plonka like morgan had he known and now morgan will make a fortune when he sells (i just hope sir jack has a sell on clurse) this guy needs to spend and keep us up and then give it bk to sir jack for nowt

What a load of tosh - sorry, whilst deano might not be the answer SS served up boring football that resulted in 1 shot per game. I was slowly losing the will to live watching it, teams sat on their penalty box laughing at us waiting for us the lose possession then hitting us on the break, scoring, then going back to sitting deep.

Luton .

Do you think that the team under Deano the dreadful would beat Luton then cus I dont.

I don't think Downo would galvanise the team into beating Stourbridge. That's how highly I rate him.

Still no sign of activity in the loan window. Clownders out.

I hear the sound of the transfer window creaking ever so slowly the closed position!

Listening to the radio today everyone's talking about how disappointing Britain is with no teams in champions league a home nations struggling in the World Cup qualifiers. There reasons for it are we don't have enough English Irish Scottish welsh telnet etc we bring the odd bright spark through bit that it which I totally agree with. We have Wiltshire Wales bale etc. they all admit primer league the top teams have majority foreign players I also agree with. My point is from Jez interviews and Morgan's comments since sacking sts is we are going back to finding young and hungry English players etc. my worry is there isn't many and the ones there are if we find them first will get swooped from us anyway by bigger prem clubs. I feel the club is going in the wrong direction look at Watford and Brighton this season in are league two teams both play excited good football with a good mix of players both forgejn and English. Maybe sts wasn't right because he didn't have enough experience playing in England himself I don't know but if Brighton don't go up nd we stay up and no one from prem takes gus poyet I would love is to try for him or someone similar. If not wand we stick to these hoof ball tactics and dreadful football we will be left bhjnd and constantly find ourselves in a relegation battle year in year out until we change.

Bradley

It's the way young players are taught in this country. British football doesn't produce many flair players because they're not in demand. We produce better and better cloggers, but haven't produced a truly talented footballer for many years.

all quet at the mol, this morning reports expresss and star so that's it no new players coming in? morgan moxey out were going down

Our office yesterday received a phone call north of the border about residence for a footballer in the Birmingham city area, the players name that was mentioned was Iain Russell. "The futures bright" & as always trust your estate agent.

Oh do give over!

Have any of your "sources" actually came to any form of fruition yet? If they have, they have slipped us by.

Keep clutching at straws
