Wolves will sign former Redditch player Robert Taylor from Port Vale on a free. The left sided player was seen in Nandos Wolverhampton with a certain David Davis. The deal looks all but done here.

I remember the last player called Robert Taylor we signed. From memory, we paid £2 million for him, and let him go for nothing after a couple of years.

I went for a pint in Yates wolves with my mate last week but that don't mean I'm moving back to wolves or changing my job

Are you sure?. surely nando's isn't on the dietry menu of a player supposedly getting fit for the season?. if that is the diet allowed, no wonder they were slow, lethargic and unfit last season. lol

Oh no not another Robert Taylor!!!

Points in yates that's were the team should have gone last year we would have stayed up then

Cant work out what to make of the interest in Sam Ricketts. He's a good player and will do a job, I'll give him that. But it worries me where he will fit in. I suspect there is interest purely as he is potential new captain material.

My back 5 this coming season would be-
---------Hennessey------------
Elokobi Batth Margreitter Doherty

Where would Ricketts fit in there?I hope it's not for Doherty or Elokobi, both have a massive job to do for us this year

AW, I think he can play both full back positions so that would make him valuable. The back line on the right is ok i. e. Doherty right with Batth centre, but for me things look decidedly dodgy on the left centre and left back positions - Margreitter, does anyone know what he can do? with Big George and Jamie Reckord on the left. Looks a bit thin to me for both first choice and cover. Dunno what you think but defence is certainly the one area that should be serioulsy strengthened this summer. wolfshead.

Could move elokobi to CH with batth

Personally I will be really sad to see Karl Henry leave - I think we will still need an experienced leader in the team/dressing room and I see KH as that role. Like him or loathe him he is a Wolves fan as well as player and has the Club's best interest at heart - but yes he is also a Footballer with a short career trying to make the best he can out of his life (ALSO A WOLVES INSIDER)

Good riddance, he's toxic and been one of the main reasons for the last 2 seasons freefall. You obviously didn't hear him give a speech in the hospitality lounge when he refused to back the current manager (Stolebacken) bear in mind that this guy was supposed to be our club captain. Worse captain in Wolves proud history and dare I say it one of the worst, over rated midfielders to boot, good riddance Kelvin Henry!

I want be sorry to see him go, he's not the best leader on the pitch, he's too quiet, but he also is too good at breaking up play, not just the oppositions though. Her is too slow on and off the ball has the turning circle of the titanic and slows down our play far too much. He can't carry the ball forward and commit players too create space and can't play or see killer balls to split a defence, therefore he won't be missed by the team

To the person who called griffiths a knob I'd like to hear your opinion of him when he's banging in the goals for yous which he will he has immense talent, hope for all the best for him and wolves in the new season from a massive hibs fan sad to see griffiths go

I hope griffiths starts scoring for us and gets settled could be a great asset to us if we can help him settle as well. 28 goals his a lot in one season. wolfy
