Noticed Paul tamworth isn't on here wiv his the futures bright the futures Deano crap and the board are useless no signings although there is 5 days left but I don't think that we'll sign anyone so I think that we may be gettin relegated to league 1 sorry to be doom and gloom but its going to be a few tough years

WILKO

Sorry for no posts iv lost my phone, there's a power cut in my street an the libary closed today, both hands ain't working to type due to alergic reaction etc etc etc........
p tamworth

Not really but its excuses for not turning up jus like ul be plying us with tomoz to back this current plank incharge of a pile of wxxx

Siewolf

Look forget paul tamworth there's more important things to talk about than him he just loves wolves and wants the best for our great team

We were awful in the second half. There was no shape, no tactics and no clue. If the future's Deano, then they can stuff it for the amount they charge.

26 Jan 2013 22:55:10
Getting fed up now same old rubbish every Saturday just hate looking at the results now we need to try and play other players like siggy Cassidy hammil Doherty clearly it's not working whatever he's trying to do

26 Jan 2013 22:24:13
I'm not joking when I say this and I hated him in charge! Come back TC all is forgiven because this Clown Saunders makes you look like Pep Guardiola!

26 Jan 2013 22:20:32

Sako

Sigurdarson

26 Jan 2013 21:56:40
Even the so called "happy clappers" have got to see its not going to change and the only way us fans can make a massive point that will have the board quaking is to withdraw our support -know it will hurt us by doing this but if they get less than 10,000 at the next home game you watch Morgan change his ways .

26 Jan 2013 21:47:02
The difference between the team that went up and the team we have now, confidence being one, was that we had kightly on one wing and jarvis on other, 2 players with pace who scored goals and got assists. Today we had pesko and sako, 1 dosen't work hard enough and the other can't cross. We had kightly the year we went up who did to most team what Ince did to us today. From what Saunders says I believe if he gets the backing he will bring in the players we need. Will M&M support him and make the right decisions? I'm not holding my breath.

We had Kightly? Errm, he was never fit.

If I were Morgan I wouldn't give this Clown a penny! He's so out of his depth it's not funny!

We went up because we had a good captain then in jody craddock,, ever since KH as took over captain we have just gone down hill

26 Jan 2013 21:38:20
Why switch Foley to rb and bring Hunt on as a lb? Ince goes on to score the winner as a result, Answers #wehavenotgotaclue.com Also word of note attendance only 20k this week. More than a few fed up with the current state of affairs Mr Morgan. Shame you don't really care, but hey at least our academy rocks... Not. Thanks for making us a laughing stock.

26 Jan 2013 21:12:53
man of the match was the corner flag on right side south bank end! outstanding in my opinion.. if moxey finds out we will sell him!

26 Jan 2013 21:12:35
The trouble is we have poor players on big money contracts, there paid that much money it's easy to sit out a contract and move for free cannot lose.saunders needs to get two or three good loan signings in and hope it keeps us up.

26 Jan 2013 20:58:26
Have you ever noticed fergie keeping his successful teams together after to long no you don't Beckham, stam, van nistleroy, etc etc etc all moved on at some point, now you look at our team successful I think not yet the same old team is still here, bad management all round, morgan deserves everything wolves are serving up to him absolutely woeful !

26 Jan 2013 20:37:50
When are this lot going to wake up.. Captain Henry is no good, worst cap in wolves history.

DS please wake up or they will get you the sack

Stuff that early bird right up your jacksy because this plonker won't be going again

26 Jan 2013 20:28:55
Morgan is sinking more and more out of his depth but what can you expect from a rich brickie who wanted a football club as his toy and picked up Wolverhampton Wanderers on the cheap. I believe that his reckless ego has brought us to this sorry state and if left unchecked will drag us further down the road towards lower league anonymity. I think he is beyond reason and that scares me.

So many times we have been strung along with false promises of a new beginning but we have been let down time and time again. We must find his Achilles heel and bring him down. He can walk away from "Wolves" without feeling because unlike us, he has no passion for the club - he doesn't share our blood.

My main choice would be for Morgan to sell the club to a consortium of fans who would have the best interests of the club at heart but that isn't going to happen is it? Therefore the only way I will be pacified is if he delegates full control of football matters to a recognised, experienced and respected "football" man but that doesn't seem likely to happen either.

Now ........ don't let me start about Moxey........

Totaly agree bringing this football club down to its knees, as not got a clue, who on earth wants to pay good money to watch that rubbish and keep these players in a good lifestyle, I for 1 will not pay good money to watch that rubbish had enough until it changes I for 1 willnot go to the matches

I understand what you are saying but I don't see what Morgan has done so wrong. Financially the club is run well.
MM left the Wolves with a large squad of average players who overachieved for 12 months in the prem. They are not prem quality but they cost too much for any other championship team. The choice is throw more money at it or rebuild slowly. I didn't want Stale sacked but we have give DS three years at least. It's clear out and rebuild - Morgan was not on that pitch today.

26 Jan 2013 20:21:50
Feeling particularly cheesed off tonight I had a look at the past 2 and a bit seasons. We have won 25 out of our last 105 league games. It's F****** hard being a Wolves fan these days but I couldn't be anything else.

26 Jan 2013 20:18:17
Wimbledon had "the crazy gang " we have "the lazy gang"....get rid and start again.

When your room is filling up with crap due to a sewer blockage, remove the blockage DON'T HIGHER THE CEILING!

Great text

The frustrating thing other than the results is the shambles that we are watching off the pitch, .

Although Stale was not well supported by many supporters (Paul - Tamworth) especially those who thought we had an automatic right to return to the premier league at least he had a plan that if stuck too would have changed the club for the better but there was, and still remains a difficult road too recovery.

The problems we have are all of MM's making, poor signings, de-motivation of players, dumbing downs of skills etc BUT these had all been supported by the board.

I hope that Steve Morgan can see that the club (his investment) is in crisis.

My plan for the reversal of this mess would be

1) Sack Moxey - we are financially sound due to his efforts which is to be admired but he is risk averse and only plans for the worst case scenario

2) Suspend all development / construction works - invest in the squad, our worst part of the ground is better than our opponents, but our best players are worse than our opponents

3) Appoint a Director of football - keep team matters away from the money man / CEO

4) Prey - irrespective who is the manager this season is over, survival is the objective from here

5) Support Saunders, he maybe hopeless but we need stability, give him this season and another two, if we are not in the prem by then after the rebuilding and modelling of the team - sack him

These are my thoughts only but feel happy to disagree but as much as I want too we cannot face the prospect of a 4th manager in 12 months

Excellent - couldn't agree more. Just posted something similar.

Can't disagree buddy yor totally correct. P.J.

26 Jan 2013 20:03:07
This just isn't good enough !!

Said it all season that we are on a downward spiral with these clowns in charge at wolves, money driven with no ambition to see the club compete.

Well they aren't having a penny more of my money, message for other loyal wolves fans don't BUY YOUR EARLY BIRD TILL LAST WEEK OR NOT AT ALL IF YOU WANT TO SEND THE ONLY MSG THEY WILL LISTEN TO.

Going down.... If we stay up it will only be because there's worse teams than us not because the teams any good

Mills wolf.

26 Jan 2013 19:51:28
if I remember, souness put a bid in for us when sir jack was selling. I think it was 20mill boy do we need him now

26 Jan 2013 19:40:23
If anyone sees solbakken in a job centre tell him wen can you start
Siewolf

I wish we could bring him back. At least he admitted it when we played badly instead of making excuses. By now we'd have probably sold deadwood players and brought in new ones too.

He couldn't pick a team to beat Luton gimme Chris Hughton any day errr .....the realist.

Doesn't matter who they get in unless they recognise that the players we have aren't good enough and they have a huge clear out..........and that takes balls and common sense which seem to be lacking at our club.

It's not common sense that's lacking, it's funds. Morgan won't spend any of them.

Chris hughton couldn't pick a team to beat luton !

Yeah I think that was part of the joke.

26 Jan 2013 19:31:04
For the love of god can't they see at the club that after 4 seasons these players ain't good enough !!

Bang on - this is not about the manager; moxey or morgan this is simply players who at best are average crossed with no confidnece after being battered for 3 seasons - defo relegation battle needs to get rid of a number of players in the first team never mind the 40 man squadFor me foley; ward; beara; doyle; SEB; ?O'Hara could all go as not up to battle any more . MM got blood out of stones with this lot Worrying times and keeping up must now be the priority. UTW

Henry is the problem in that team,, when are you going to see it..

another manager the sack he will get

Bad bad captian

Hey yoda - is that you?

26 Jan 2013 19:25:22
Wolves need convicting under the trades description act after today! O deary, deary me.

Not mention obtaining money by false ptetences

26 Jan 2013 19:16:43
Six months and two managers and we are abismal-Surely Morgan and Saunders can see we need a clear out ? But have they got the balls?

26 Jan 2013 19:01:42
Told you we needed to keep S.S. this guy has NOT got a clue, no good saying the players don't want to play if that's the case drop them we have 40 pros at the club try the others I.e. the kids. Why did he bring on a6ft striker and put him on the wing for 4mins, NOT A CLUE. Complete clear out needed NOW starting with Morgan, Moxey, and Saunders otherwise DivOne hear we come. P.J.

Think that club is run by numpties and needs to be sold to people who now how to run a football team deano surprised me today to watch that and make changes last 4 min. made me think twice about him being manager if the fans can see what we need and he can't god help we

Agree P.J. Really worried about the future for this Great Club, we need Morgan to get a grip or move on. WFE

Solbakken played the same players Saunders plays the same players, the academy is obviously a bigger white elephant than the new stand, to all in the jack Harris who share my passion for wwfc I roundly applaud you, your support for your club was immense.to the fossils like me who have moved from south bank to north bank to Steve bull to billy wright today enough was enough.against Leeds ill be amongst it oldest yamyam in the south bank but ill be there loud and proud.the realist.

26 Jan 2013 18:53:38
mccarthy connor solbacken saunders what's the common thread the first three have lost their jobs this will probably happen to the fourth and these four have had the same players who arent up to it bully intimated that they wouldn't play for mad mick it seems to me to be a massive case of player power what a rotten situation even fergie would struggle with that shower of you know what

McCarthy got a bunch of half decent Championship players to gel and to play above themselves for 3 years in the Prem. They got battered and are now running on empty, devoid of self belief and confidence. These players needed to be supplemented with better quality players. The club earned over £1OO m plus in the Prem. They spent £27m on infrastrucure projects and this money should have been earmarked for improving the playing squad. That is the root cause of our current problems.Blame lies fairly and squarely in the Director's box.And of course to add to our woes they sold, at a big profit, our only 3 decent quality players, just before the closure of the last transfer window. We have been sold down the river.

Lost your tongue tamworth funny your not speaking after another poor show an still no potential signing???
Siewolf

Agree 100%. so why do wolves fans always blame moxey, in my opinion he does a great job keeping the club debt free and and negotiating transfer fees etc. the players are to blame not the managment,

Morgan's to blame, the big cheese, believe he offered sir jack a fiver but jack held out for ten, good on yer jack, good job you didn't give it to that Middle East oil baron, he wudda cocked it up big time . The realist.

Jez Moxey has played a big part in our failed transfer strategy for too many years now.Who do you think came up with the master plan to buy from clubs in financial trouble, Luton, Soton, Hearts, Dundee. Sign players from relegated clubs or sign players with low buy out clauses.Buying on the cheap, but buying poor quality. This strategy has Jez Moxey's fingerprints all over it.This is why our playing squad is not good enough and at over £1m per year and as Chief Executive, Jez Moxey should stand up and accept responsibility for his part in our downfall.i

26 Jan 2013 18:50:01
A team of players that lack confidence desire drive and are full of fear. A manager out of us depth but a chairman totally out of his depth. Until we get a director of football the club will not move forward. I would try and get sourness in an keep Saunders as first team coach. The owner has been very supportive in the past but he needs guidance.

The players we need to sort, we have too much mediocrity but the manager is probably the right man for the job. we need to move on a fair few and get some flair back in. 2 strikerrs needed as seb only one likely to score at any point. henry needs to be shipped out and we need to play davies and ohara, we lookes back to being threatening so I think wins will come, bit disapointed with the mistakes made though

How embarassing this is for morgan were does he go now, manager who after 3 games seams to be out is death, until he makes a lot of changes in the team even if it means bringing in kids he is going nowhere because anybody can keep playing these same group of players and all they will do deano is get you the sack be brave change now or join the last 3 managers

26 Jan 2013 18:44:04
I'm sure DS is a nice bloke etc... but he ain't no manager' the football we are playing is an insult to everyone who buys a ticket...The Paul Tamworths of this world have surely got to admit that SS at least tried to make our players play the game with a bit of skill and technique. IOt's impossible to sack him now but at the end of the season pay him off and hope we ain't playing in League 1...wasted season and wasted money

26 Jan 2013 18:41:25
Prediction - we get relegated and then appoint Lambert as manager after he is finally given the push by villa at the end of the season {Ed011's Note - Paul Lambert managing us in Division 1? Are you serious?

Yup i'm serious, ..after he's given the push at villa no-one will want to touch him, so he'll take a drop down to the 1st div to try and rebuild his rep.

And if Lambert was to do us what he is doing to Villa then what?

Not saying itd be good or bad, just a prediction

26 Jan 2013 18:39:12
A theory, Morgan and Moxey aren't fools, they have made a lot of money and so this is the main motivation. So how do you maximise profits from making the football team fail. Well you break it financially by letting it fail, the fans drift away and the income falls and fails. You propose redevelopment of the Molineaux site and get planning permission and get the Council to fund a redevelopment stadium to save the club and the city's face. A potential bonanza! Now far be it from me to suggest this explains the present predicament but it could be something fiction novels are made of.

26 Jan 2013 18:34:08
I told you all this would happen. I know mr p. Tamworth will disagree multiple times but it was a huge mistake getting rid of Stale.

Agreed. Mike

26 Jan 2013 19:27:20
Any chance of solbakken being in the job centre in stoubridge or dudley wen I drive past from work il pick him up an drop him off at the mol
Siewolf

Getting rid of stale was a no brainer between mad mick oconnor and stale these players are deflated they may just keep wolves up then deano can really clear the dead wood out moxey and morgan you too are to take some blame but most of all these players are letting us the fans down in deano I trust

If you think a few laughs are what these players need then you're sadly mistaken.

26 Jan 2013 18:11:17
Well Mr Morgan, yet another fine mess you've got us into. Well looks like Wolves are heading for League 1, he has already got the team playing league 1 football and a clueless league 1 manager who will be given no money. I applaud you sir as you never fail to amaze me in your power to make us a laughing stock. No ambition, no money, No clue, No Care for the fans. If you would have asked each Of us 20,000 wolves fans who go to matches to name 3 realistic managerial targets that would excite them and show that Wolves mean business, I wager that not one would have had Dean Saunders in that top three. For once Morgan actually do something for the fans and Foxtrot Oscar out of Wolverhampton and take your pie eating lackey with you!

26 Jan 2013 18:10:23
when you are confronted by a gang of morons, you pick out the leader, and take him out, the rest are easy.we get rid of henry, thenthe others can follow, ward, berra, foley, doyle, blake, we may go down but we've lanced the boil, and pray we stay up.at least two proven players must be brought in this week.

26 Jan 2013 18:04:14
The whole team.today were dreadfull even are normal good players sako, johnsonand o hara look dreadfull. Hoof football doesn't suit sako or o hara i.heard loadsa fans say in front sako.is uaeless... he's been are best player all season he's juat not auited to league 1 hoof tactics. ony poaitvie was zubar and pezko made a good parteenship down.the right..but doyle out henry out hunt out ward out berra out foley out give the kids a go and buy better players!! and ebanks scored today yh but apart from that he was uselesss slow awful touch and lazy what has happendd and what happend to ds big changes. onli reason he changed.it today waas ward gt injured. Man if match pezko n.zubar hope.hes.okay for thurday and gutted we've lost johnson. Jez n.steve time to spend some serious money and re build

You need to type slower

The game was lost when Foley was moved from LB to RB. He was comfortable with their danger an Ince then Deano replaces Zubar with Hunt. Another square peg......... Why couldn't Henry go RB and one of Davis or Tongo in the middle? Then when O'Hara is shattered he leaves him on and takes of Pesko. Deano was as much to blame as the players today. AJ

26 Jan 2013 17:41:44
Did Johnson deserve to get sent off? Ed your views? {Ed011's Note - I was just following it on , I've been avoiding talking about the game ever since.

It doesn't matter if he deserved it, it's happened and in the ref's view he did. Now we're really in the clag, perhaps he's one of those our magnificent management want off the wage bill and he doesn't want to give up his paltry 40K a week. A point of view?

Agree henry should have gone rb played there at stoke to play a half fit hunt amazed me stupid decision

26 Jan 2013 17:45:38
I have an idea. Sack DS, then bring in another manager, give him peanuts to spend, ask him to turn this dross into a good side and when he can't sack him as well. Sounds familiar, sounds stupid, sounds like what Jez is asking.
GET MOXEY OUT.

26 Jan 2013 17:33:48
14 points adrift of sixth eat your heart out Christopher Berra, better still get another club.

26 Jan 2013 17:30:01
Good old wolves eh...god bless em, are fans going to come on here now and say Saunders is the way forward...what a pile of s***, league 1 here we come, well done Morgan you managed to make a pig's ear out of a silk purse, if this is what we have to look forward to, you might aswell have stayed with McCarthy, but then to sack Solbakken who was actually trying to get these so called players to play the game'instead of hoofing the ball here there and everywhere
And then take a manager who clearly ain't upto the job'we ain't the biggest club in the world but surely you could work out we are.to big for a novice, all he's served up is poor mans mccarthy hoof and rush, I'm glad he gets on with the players, let's see how many are here when we are.struggling in league 1

26 Jan 2013 17:27:36
Oh great just heard that Johnson got a red card. Still I supposed he's relieved he won't have to turn out for a couple of games. Down, down, and down!

26 Jan 2013 17:14:50
Well 2 points for Dean from 3 games against sides that Stale got 9 points from, hardly an improvement. Out of his depth but that's all right cus he makes them laugh, I'm not
Hednesford Wolf

Saunders out, out of his depth and Morgans puppet! this club is a bigger joke than Villa!

Yea Deano will be advertising welsh lamb, for Iceland soon when Orvilles contract runs out

26 Jan 2013 17:13:52
Another poor display can anyone please tell me where we go from here cus I've I ain't got a clue please help

Given up and won't be back until Morgan and Moxey have gone. They are steeling from us!

26 Jan 2013 17:08:35
Well after that drivlle I suspect our new signings will be 3 kids from the local park. Steve

Why would three kids want to be associated with this, not an ideal statement on your CV

Doubt they would be daft enough to sign.

26 Jan 2013 17:04:19
How can people say dean has turned us around? 2 points from 3 games, not good enough! I bet he will be saying we played well after as well. I honestly think Stale would of got us more points from those three games than Dean. If you say I'm being negative, open your eyes PLEASEEE! We beat Blackpool last time and they were better then! If were not careful it will be us being beat 4-0 by MK dons next year. And Luton have just beat Norwich!

You don't miss the water till the well has gone dry.

TDW

Can you tell me again about our 9 match run? And Luton?
Or was this a different Stale?

Erm can you tell me about how many managers this team have seen off?

TDW

26 Jan 2013 17:04:18
Another home defeat, another poor performance another clueless manager, another board c... up, Where do we go now. Desperate times, Please please lets have something positive from this awful board and get Adkins in and the dross out.

Another relegation battle i'm afraid and unless there are immediate changes to this awful Team we will go down. This bunch would struggle in Div 1 as well.

26 Jan 2013 16:59:07
here we go again.. and again.. and again

26 Jan 2013 16:58:13
What now M&M? We are relegation fodder with the biggest squad in the Championship. Well managed, well led ....."......I think that is resounding B
NO!

How the hell has Moxey survived, if we were as bad at our jobs we would have been sacked ages ago. This man is really bad news and doesn't care about football just the profit.
Bad times until he goes i'm affraid.

26 Jan 2013 16:54:14
lets face it! we aren't going nowhere with fatboy jez moxey pullin the strings! grow a pair jez and find a job that you can do please!

26 Jan 2013 16:50:43
Just gone 2-1 down so we don't need new blood? What?? Great start Dean 2 points in 9.

26 Jan 2013 15:21:37
so selling our top goal scorer nice one wolves so stupid. I know people might not rate ebanks but he is scoring goals for us we would be more screwed if you take the goals he has scored away now i'm certain when I say league 1 here we come

Score first then lose.... Seen it too many times now, boring!!!

26 Jan 2013 15:07:09
TEAM CHANGE:
One change from the teamsheet - Peszko in for Ward. Zubar at right-back, Foley left-back, Peszko on the wing.

26 Jan 2013 14:26:42
TEAM:
Ikeme, zubar, johnson, berra, ward, foley, henry, o'hara, sako, doyle, ebanks-blake.

Seb scores again why sell him top scorer need to be moving no goal doyle on
Siewolf

Thank god ward got injured you wouldn't generally wish that on one of our players but it's actually improved our squad.. Playing foley on the right infront of zubar is so frustrating when we have pez
Mike

26 Jan 2013 14:21:10
One change v Blackpool
Obviously he has no b*******

26 Jan 2013 14:12:11
Ohara in for davis only change to starting lineup, a little disappointed, get siggy in for ebanks Blake and Peszko in for Doyle push sako upfront! {Ed011's Note - Foley on the right again with Zubar.

26 Jan 2013 13:57:03
At the moment i'm thinking that we should sell doyle for about 3 or 4 million. Whatever mad mick did to him it has messed up the way he used to play when he played for reading

No, when Mick played him on his own up front we played our best stuff and Doyle was playing out of his skin. It was seen as to defensive.
When Spain play nobody up front it's seen as genius.

Yeah but they score goals

Mong out

26 Jan 2013 13:13:41
We have two quality players wiv skill and awareness that could open opposition defences up iva on the bench or not even in the squad let Hamill start and Ohara lets go 4 it now lets have a gud 2nd half to the season

2 wat bout sako bud??
Siewolf

26 Jan 2013 10:15:55
Today need Siggy, O'hara to start and time to bring in Hammill from the cold. Give him a chance to ignite the fans and draw a line on the past.

Agree for siggy or disagree for doyler
Siewolf

26 Jan 2013 10:00:27
Get Foley off for Hammill or Peszko
Get Siggy on for Doyle or Seb, both useless in my eyes
Get O'hara on for Davis

Perfect.a post with positive intent and an eye for forward thinking modern football, welcome aboard.the realist.

Got to bring these 2 in hammill ohara to get the crowd going totaly agree fed up keep saying it

26 Jan 2013 09:39:58
Give Hammill a chance today, sure will rouse the fans and if he turns it on he could give Dean some food for thought. Need O'hara to start also.

26 Jan 2013 07:16:35
This lot could even drive the fans to support the Baggies.

26 Jan 2013 03:06:53
Can we finally put to bed this Frimpong stuff? He played in 5 matches, never completed any of them, 3 managerial changes ago.

Frimpong over rated anyway
Djwolf

To be fair Frimpong was quite vocal about his love for Wolves and never denied he would come back. I think that's where most of the rumours came from.

26 Jan 2013 00:55:20
If you really want to show sm&jm how fed up and p***ed off you all are with things at the mol', you have only one realistic choice and that's boycot the games, hit them where it hurts, in the pocket, not a nice thing to contemplate I know, but what else can you do as fans...nothing.

Boycotting matches is not the answer. Getting behind the team might help.

I give over!

Keep saying get the ball players in the team like ohara & hammill sako siggy peszcho and watch the crowd get behind them instead of players who just run all day put a shift in and have no sell on and you are stuck with them like we have got now

Perhaps now people will stop harping on about Frimpong! Yes he would have come but the club made the right decision not taking him on when he went to Charlton at the time! He would have come during this window but unfortunately we now have an inept muppet managing the team. What decent footballer in their right mind would want to come and play Hoof ball under Saunders! I'm afraid we have all been sold short with this appointment.

Don't expect to be excited by any signings during this window (frantic Friday - you are having a laugh)! Unfortunately Saunders is going to have to work his magic (lol) with the current squad plus maybe 1 or 2 from lower divisions!

Wolves fans need to understand that we are now in a massive relegation dog fight from now till the end of the season! How Saunders body language and responses in press conferences have changed in a matter of weeks now he realises this job is far too BIG for him!

He talked a great game to get the job and when he was appointed to the media! Now he realises he has to deliver a good game rather than talk one!

To the likes of Paul Tamworth "you brought this upon us with your lack of vision a patience!"

Fingers crossed we can survive and then get a good manager in during the summer!

Saunders is a good manager in the
Making and given the time and the support from the 2 Ms and the fans
Wolves could be the club that makes
Him.

Youve really give deano a chance after two games! were you one of those who proclaimed in stale we trust then after the dismal results were quick to back his dismissal I expect so at least ds is being honest by telling it how it is thanks to mick we've been left with an overfilled crock of mediocrity what will you be saying if we win a couple of games in a row it would be interesting to see I always thought wolves fans like myself would give a guy a chance apparantly not

Frimpong would never of came to us over a prem team, and even if he wanted to come to us. arsenal would of wanted him playing in the prem to see if he's good enough for them so they would of vetod any move to the chaampionship this window

I always felt with Solbakken that we would not dip into the relegation mire. The return of key players from injury plus 3 new signings in the window of the same quality as Sako/Doumbia and we'd be on the turn and have the key elements in place to develop a good footballing side for next season.
I'm certainly not so confident now and the messages coming out of Saunders and the upper hierarchy of Molineux aren't helping. "We don't need major surgery" being the most worrying. I agree that we are in danger of slipping into a relegation dogfight and Saunders track record at Doncaster isn't encouraging.
Whilst I can see Mike Ashley at Newcastle having a clear strategy, I can't say the same for Steve Morgan - the three times he's been called on to act in the last 12 months he's made some pretty poor decisions. The most recent one means that we will probably mither around in mediocrity for the next 18 months by which time he will realise he made a mistake. Wolves fans are very demanding and if we scrabble around playing hoofball they will walk. Once the fanbase starts to erode we are in serious financial trouble as the parachute payments won't keep us going.
I hope DS can turn things round but like the original poster I'm starting to feel that his body language is starting to suggest he knows he has bitten off more than he can chew. I hope I'm wrong - but I fear not.

Colonel Saunders' army of try-hards don't deserve a chance. They've let 3 managers down so far and now they're going to let a 4th.

We've missed out on Staale's knowledge of the transfer market for a muppet's sense of humour. It's thanks to the likes of Paul Tamworth who demand immediate success that we're in this mess and we'll be in this mess for a long time.

We are going down with Saunders in charge playing poor football.

So Frantic Friday has been and gone. It's looking very familiar to a post I made earlier.
" I'll tell you what will happen. Wolves' negotiation takes an age at the best of times so Wolves will put in offers well below the value of the player and will eke it out until the window closes and the fans will be told the story that we had offers in for a number of players but couldn't arrive at a deal and the players will go elsewhere. Therefore they didn't have to spend their money.

So Warnock, Frimpong, and Dawson have already slipped through our fingers and gone to other clubs. If those of you who say today was just for DS talks with Morgan then how inept is our management and owners? Talks should have been long done by now leaving time to scout and negotiate rather than leaving it until a week to go. morgan should have known roughly what he wants to spend on the squad back in November. There will be no signings, just piffle about not being able to close deals and wages and needing to downsize first. If we actually got players in then it would encourage those who feel comfortable with a guaranteed place in the first team to look for a move but for now they are just happy collecting their wage packet and giving 50% each week. I just hope this lack of ambition from the board means Morgan will sell in the summer and this freefall will be stopped.
