WTF is going on at this great club of ours. I go on holiday for a week and come back to find 3 new players signed, a derby win, still in the cup and a top of the table clash tomorrow which if we win will see us go top. The last time we were top of the table at the end of August was under MM and we got promoted. Exciting times. COYW.

I've never know a wolves fan as negative as you Wednesfield. I for one would prefer a decent squad who are willing to fight for each other and most of all the club, not 3 or 4 10m signings on stupid wages who. are only in it for themselves. I am still optimistic, we've brought in 9 players, I just hope they all click like Big Dadi has. But I must admit I'd like to see a couple of proven players in this division brought in before the window closes. Even at this early stage I will be Dissapointed if we don't get top 6. Walter has said he's targeting 26 wins, well two down 24 to go. I'm just hopin our squad has the quality to match Walters ambition. Tomorrow, Huddersfield 1 Mighty Wolves 2 👍👍👍.

What a bunch of moaners there are on here. Many just want to spend mega bucks on prima donnas. Jeff Shi said WW need to be smart and Fosun probably have been. Certainly seem to have got some bargains, Bodvarson looks a snip, Teixera, Onaingue, Costa what more do you want? let's get Saiss and an experienced centre back and I for one will be happy.

Most of our signings have come in under the radar and not from established English players so I don't expect Rhodes or Martin to arrive. Our strategy seems to be bolster the squad and then suck it and see. Traditionally a squad of about 25 gives cover for all positions but we are heading for 30 or more and I'm getting a bit concerned about how all this is going to work. The new players need to be given a chance but players need a run in the team to get fully up to speed. So who is going to be warming the bench for long periods? Happy with most of our signings, not sure what Gladon is about and where is Roman Saiss?
I think we are going to be playing the sort of football we all want to see if we sort out the defence.
I would expect some of our players may go out next week, Byrne and maybe Henry? Presumably if we can't loan in we can't loan out when the window closes.
Let's put a marker down with 3 points tomorrow.

Were in a lot better position than we were a couple of months ago but all the talk of multi million players was a ruse to sell more tickets and while that is fine Because a better atmosphere in the ground is what we all want teams like villa and Newcastle and Norwich are actually spending multi millions and that is the reason they will be above us come the end of the season.

We are, in the 3rd round of the cup for the first time in years and and have got dicko and graham yet to return. Then there's enobakre and Ennis etc looking like they have a great future. Give the lads a chance and see who comes in and where we are Christmas when the league starts to take shape.

10-1 still looks good considering Newcastle are odds on for the title. I backed us at 16-1 after the takeover news broke. I would have piled in at 40-1 but it all happened when I was on holiday and the odds shortened dramatically.

A bit worried about the Romain Saiss signing, a delay is not without reason and usually signals a problem. I suspect someone else has indeed put in a counter bid or the deal would have been done already. Don't know anything, just concerned as I think he would be a very good addition.
