Hi, im a massive wolves supporter, but mick is throwing the club into the gutter and so is morgon, why buiild the stadium before the team, but the real reason im posting is just to say for the next home game show them players you support them hundred percent and the manager then a couple of good results and we will stay in the prem, so cmon wolves!
also heard wolves want to be relegated, 40mill for being relegated and theyve got that siilly stadium then,

WHAT MICK IS LACKING IS INSPRIRATION AND AMBITION?
but remember he is still super mick:)

youve been frimponged! {Ed001's Note - the stadium is more important for the long term future of the club than a few players. Morgan is trying to do it the right way, so that even if he wasn't there you would still be safe as a club for the future.}

Ed- What, like Darlington? That proved to be a sound business model!

I'm not saying Wolves are quite in the same position as Darlington but we need to stay in the Prem to justify a bigger ground. {Ed001's Note - the difference was that at Darlington the council hated George Reynolds and so refused him permission to use the stadium for anything other than footie. The whole point behind building it was to make money from rock concerts etc, it was never meant to be just for the football. Darlington were never in a position to get enough bodies in for that. The council should be ashamed of themselves, their petty little vendetta, admittedly against an extremely nasty and vicious man, destroyed a football club.}

Ed 001, even allowing that you've probably forgotten more about football than I'll ever learn - Wrong - team before stadium every time. Every time. {Ed001's Note - I understand why you are saying that, the ideal would be both, but long term I would say you improve the stadium to provide the funding to improve the team if money is tight. So long as you stay in the Prem, that is the main issue at the end of the day.}

Thay doesn't work ed sorry if we are getting smaller crowds in the championship. We don't fill the ground for every home game now so why make it bigger also hospitality is never full so what's going to change that. This happened before when they built the John Ireland stand and what followed we plummeted down the leagues.

We didn't need a new stand or training ground Morgan is getting his money back one way or another I think {Ed001's Note - I can honestly say that Morgan has not taken the club to make money out of it. He is more interested in long term sustained success.}

Thanks for the reply 001. Just to push the boat tho' if you're ok with it. We spent roughly 16/17m gross on inbound transfers in our first season back in the Prem under Mick. Roughly 16m again second season (gross, less the Jelle rebate when he wouldn't come out to play). This season - third in - we spent 8m+ on players, 1/2 of the annual spend of the previous two years, but invested 16m+ in the concrete and steel of the new Stan Cullis. So rather than invest in the development of the team and help it to kick on we put the money into (re)building a stand. As a result we have one hellufa fight to retain our Prem status, which in fairness people can watch from the lower tier of the SC. Bottom line for me is this, investment in the stadium at the expense of the team, was and is an astonishingly high risk strategy to have adopted and one which could very well cost us dearly in the short as well as the longer term.
Otherwise coyw, especially Tuesday, and I know you'll agree with me on that. Well... {Ed001's Note - I am sure he knew it was a risk, but he had faith the team was good enough, or more likely, that there were 3 teams worse than Wolves in the Prem.}

I hope any potential signings don't read the hate filled drivel on the site because it makes me ashamed to be a wolves fan, Morgan is running our club to a tight budget of course we don't like it, I want to see top international players here but it aint going to happen. Mick said at the end of last season he wanted a left back, a centre back and a centre midfielder what he got was is a centre back and a new stand so get off his back. It may take a few relegations' and promotions to get to where we want but we're not going to end up like Pompey who are getting wound up for the price of a championship full back. Let's get real and hope for a bit more luck the second half of the season or are we getting what we deserve with the comments I have read the last few days

This is our third season in prem should be pushing on not going backwards

O my God somebody with a positive outlook - thought I was the only one. Belief please.

This insider, he is full of it. Why do we entertain him. He's having a laugh with us.
Ignore him and wait to see what realy happens.
Keogh, Vokes, Elokobi and Stearman get rid and open up places for quality. Hammill to go, why, beats me.

This will make you think : A friend at wolves said to me just after new year that karl henry doesnt like playing against joey barton and wouldnt be surprised if henry was injured for the QPR match. strange thing is he gets himself sent for a mindless act in front of ref ,now which games are he banned for

Wouldn't let him play again would sell him or give him away m8 he's a joke

I heard the same thing ,the man is a coward

This is a rumour generated in wednesfield.i doubt it ,it was just a stupid act in heat of moment

I'd say henrys really scared ...... Not
He always takes Barton on if no one has noticed

Henry will cost mick his job in the end cos henry is full of poo and a fraud,, i believe it

Look,Barton is a snivelling little turd who needs flushing round the u bend of life,he really is a person of no consequence'if you back handed him he would cry like a bairn,hard man, don't make me laugh, Karl Henry would eat him for breakfast.

3 points on tuesday will mend a lot of bridges.... lets hope city and united wear liverpool out.....fingers crossed

3 points won't mend nothing McCarthy has lost it and if he stays he's taking us 1 way and that's into the championship we only stayed up last year beacause there were 2 teams worse than us and Birmingham never took a point after they won the cup

So that was 3 teams then

McCarthy didn't save us the other 3 sh#t teams kept us in pl

Where has the rumoured 4.5m January transfer kitty gone?if we spend nothing before next Tuesday I'd say the money left in the pot was spent finishing the new stand

Moxey gets a great big bonus on how much profit we make its not in his intrest to buy players lower profit = lower bonus

The 4.5 million transfer kitty the fat man moxey,as hes sitting on it for his bonus he dont care anymore

Rodallega out of contract in 3 months, worth a move? I know his form this season hasnt been brilliant but in the past he has shown some good goal scoring ability.

Swop deal for Hammill, why not? A better bet than Fotheringwhatsit to do the business. Otherwise continue to rearrange the chairs.

Why would any one will come to the wolves, were are going down ,i hope im wrong though wolves till i die
