Heard from my source close to the club, announcement at the weekend, not sure what about, assume about jacket or developments with the clubs sale. Fingers crossed :)

24 Feb 2016 21:29:09
Felix I'm really hopin your source is wrong for obvious reasons, let's see if there r any developments over the weekend? As the football is secondary now! Well if u can call it football.

25 Feb 2016 08:10:53
Mr Jackett talks about going on a run of wins, a run of 1 would be useful! .
Td Bridgnorth.

27 Feb 2016 08:56:53
Think club going just say that asking price for club now £30m Ono after Morgan knocked £7m off bit more realistic than the £150m with £200m debts villa up for sale at.

24 Feb 2016 15:49:08
So Jacket maintains that his players are committed, I for one think they should be under his leadership, but to where?

24 Feb 2016 19:42:55
The silence is deafening.
That's frightening.
50 points is abject failure.
50 points is a long long way away.
It's now clear Morgan, Moxey won't sack Jackett.
He will be either passed on to any new owner or will eventually walk out.
Golbournes comments confirm the players don't believe in Jackett, o understand what he's trying to achieve.
The exclusion of Price, and the sale of Stearman and Goulbourne are baffling.
I feel for Jackett but he ain't going to fix this.
I believe when he says he can turn it round, he's an honest man, but he ain't going to turn it round.
He has been hung out to dry, a proud man, but he's so lost.
He must be hurting so bad and I'm 100 per cent sure he is, but so am I.
I'm hurting because once again as a fan I've bin had over, we get so far then the rugs pulled.
Honestly this is going to get worse.
Morgan ain't playing ball, this ain't going to be easy.
How many houses can he get on Compton, how much money could he make out of Molineaux.
This guy is dangerous.

24 Feb 2016 20:47:39
The realist I have said all along Jackett is here until the end of the season. no matter how bad things get. my source tells me that Morgan doesn't give a flying about the club and will make the transition of any sale as slow and painfull as he possibly can for the fans. all this rubbish of a major announcement from the club at the weekend is pathetic. my source tells me there is no announcement and its all made up rumours.

24 Feb 2016 22:20:48
Big announcement is that there is no announcement.

24 Feb 2016 10:43:41
If the club don't sack JACKETT that tells me there is possibly an ulterior motive? Maybe Moxey wants us relegated then his consortium can afford to buy the club? He then keeps JACKETT as he is a good Div1 manager and we start all over again? If there was any signs of ambition in the club JACKETT would be sacked today.

24 Feb 2016 11:10:03
Any of the ITK posters any news?

24 Feb 2016 11:24:12
But Paul you KNOW there is NO ambition, you know it. Morgan has us up for sale, Moxey knows his golden egg will be ripped from his grasp, Thelwell is an idiot ho keeps betting all he has on finding one superstar . damn loser.
Well Jackett is totally restricted regarding resources due to the 3 idiots above him plus for some incredible reason he ditched the passing game for lumping the ball forward at every attempt, why? only he can answer that
The players will get it in the neck for all the above.

24 Feb 2016 11:36:52
I will reiterate what I have told you Paul Tamworth. Jackett is going nowhere at least until the end of the season. if we had any intention of getting rid he would have gone after the Bristol City loss. my source told me he is here until the end of the season.

24 Feb 2016 14:02:31
the decision making we have experienced of the 4 of them we should know he will be here till then.
None of them are capable of making a sensible business decision
Morgan especially. When he was attempting to buy Liverpool he tried to pull a fast one and at the last minute dropped his price and John Moore told him to get lost, he was shocked.
Now supposedly selling the Wolves he has put off nearly every potential buyer by continually moving the asking price goal posts. They have all walked away.

24 Feb 2016 14:05:18
Well do we recall Mick saying he would have kept us up if we hadn't fired him? We'll never know, but we went down with a thump anyway. Kenny probably will keep us up too, but if fire him, and we don't replace him with anyone any good we'll be in free fall again.

You see how the debate has moved from "let's push for the playoffs" to "lets avoid relegation" in just a few days?

Optimistically, we'll have Williamson, Edwards, Zyro, Henry and if miracles happen Graham or Dicko too available before the end of the season. Things can only get (err, better? )

24 Feb 2016 18:28:09
Hi agree fat moxey wants the club deliberate act to get it on the cheap.

24 Feb 2016 08:56:33
I haven't posted for a while. I've only come back to moan anyway. I mean, what kind of rubbish is this? I get that end-of-McCarthy feeling all over again, and we know that was followed by two successive relegations.

We're not as safe from relegation as we might think. As things stand, we're not getting the points and we'll be drawn into a relegation battle by the end of March.

Injuries? Sure, but we have a team of players that were signed by Jackett or promoted by him from the U21s. So they should be good enough. What must Nouha be thinking as he watches this carp from the stand, let alone Williamson who must be wondering why he signed at all.

Removing Jackett is a risk but it's what teams usually do in this position. Can another manager get more out of this team? Probably not, although it's hard to see how it can be worse so my guess is that he'll be gone sooner rather than later. As we saw at ManU, Moyes couldn't make Fergie's team play any better, and Van Gaal even after spending a fortune hasn't got a lot more out of them. And that's where we are from a new manager's standpoint. We have only a handful of players who could cut it in the Premier (Dicko, McDonald, perhaps Iorfa err. OK not even a handful) so if we're serious about eventual promotion, we need to change the team. Van la Parra is a good example of a quality player who isn't performing at Wolves. No point keeping players like that, although maybe another manager can get more out of him. Le Fondre is another. If Zyro were fit again, we'd see what he is made of, but I fear frustration again.

So I think survival is important in the short term, making sure we don't drop lower. If that means playing boring football and picking up the odd point or goal on the counter attack then so be it. We aren't going to overwhelm or frighten any team so it's damage limitation time.

Over and out.

24 Feb 2016 17:09:57
We aren't getting promoted and don't think we are going down either, kenny is on a rolling 12month contract so no point sacking him and paying out when he can go at the end of the season.
if we got in a new manager before the end of the season he couldn't make a difference apart from a few wins and maybe moving up avplace or two.

24 Feb 2016 18:38:06
Wish I had your confidence about avoiding relegation. We look OK but how many more places do we need to slip before we hear the sound of squeaky bums on boardroom seats?

24 Feb 2016 08:37:33
ive no more expletives I can use to describe my feelins towards JACKETT! So basically it's to Moxey and Morgan! SACK HIM! Simples.

24 Feb 2016 08:47:21
But to remedy Jackett you need to remove the bad core - Morgan and Moxey and Thelwell, they choose the managers they make the bad decisions thta lead us down the road to this misery.
We should concentrate on making them understand they are not wanted full stop.

24 Feb 2016 09:11:13
the problems lie deep rooted and we can't solve them all at once we must start with jackett he as totally lost the plot he makes 4/ 5 changes every game his tacticts are baffling at best his substitutions worrying we need some stability in team selection and tactics.

24 Feb 2016 09:23:53
100% correct pye green wolf.

24 Feb 2016 07:09:09
We appear to be in a catch 22 position at the club. KJ appears clueless and with only pride to play for for the rest of the season a change should be imminent. The longer we fester as we are any potentional buyers are going to cry off and i've heard the only serious offer is from moxey. Ckme the end of the season our better players are going to be picked off by more ambitious clubs and that leaves us back to where we were before KJ took charge. IN THE S**T.
