It was said recently that SAF would take a call from anyone in football and even ring them back. I think SM should give him a ring and ask his advice on how and who to best sort this mess out.

Just a thought.

What ever happened to wolvesinsider? Did he become an estateagent?!

Where are they when you relly need the inside track?

what a mess! I follow the Wolves wherever I am and have always been able to see them on T. V. Less in the championship but now, here in New York, no way. I will only see the results "LIVE" on bbc. com. Sad days.
The day SS got sacked I posted that we would get relegated (I lived in Belgium then ED and wasn't registered). Not interested in historionics but the worst has happened.
TP being released from Stoke is an interesting problem. We are unlikely to attract a number of managers with so many clubs becoming available all at the same time. Agents must be having a field day. Tony pullis will likely take a pundits job until January and wait to see which one of the struggling clubs is first to swing the axe next season. He is a very credible manager in the EPL, with recent seasons of up-to-date, current, experience, and therefore a logical steady hand. What is for sure there are many names that have been mentioned on here that will be trying to talk, people like Poyet might take the step up but then who goes to Brighton? I understand they have a very good set up. What about Blackburn? The list goes on.
What a collusion of events. Especially as the financial stakes have gone up again in the top flight and those parachuting out of it. Actually this happened to Wolves the year before the EPL started and we were relegated. The cash will be flooding in in the fizzy pop league even next year. I agree with harry Redknap that the league is full of massive clubs and next year three with big money. So the EPL is a long way away.
SM is a good business man and had a tough year. The redrow thing was a shocker! Can't and I don't think will walk away now, nor shouldn't. JM is a T**T and should be fired, after all he presided over this shambles. TC? DS? Why? Nuff Said.
Now, if SM is going to fill those nice new stands (Never seen them by the way), we need to get back to the championship sharpish.
I think with all the money flying about in the manager market right now we might have to wait and see who gets the bigger jobs. If we are looking seriously at SD or ER then we may not have a problem to do the deal but only if that is really what the club want. Both are very good managers by looking at the stats. I can only follow WWFC so don't see the other teams play.
Thing is Wolves have to be realistic now and so do the fans (I have followed every day this site for months and I have felt the disharmony from the club as a whole), so I think going for someone with lesser expectation, who WWFC can connect and feel like they have grown together. Look at RM at Wigan or what NA did for Southampton so I personally think it should be somone who can bring that without the pressure of expectation.
Having said that OGS from Molde could find the chance to get into English football at that level a challenge, and when they said "head coach, " for some reason I dreamt it could be PN but then I woke up and realised he will probably stay at Everton.
Of these untried, inexperienced types, those mentioned, or any other, JC from Liverpool etc. OR a manager who is clear and present danger, I think Ewe Rossler is a good bet.
Problem is if (whoever) is only head coach, who keeps making decisions on the football side? If there is a good DOF appointment also that could be good news, or is it Thelwell?
SD I think worked with DO at Crewe before and he bought on some good players in his time. I also believe he is a good shout.
I have only seen some matches so the likes of Ishmail etc. I didn't see, but Danny Batth looked a decent player as did David davis, Matt Doherty and Jake Cassidy.
KD, JOH, KH, SW, KF, RJ, WH ( but only when fit ), RS and AH have to join to others to leave. And CI he should be sold for hitting the tactics board, not DS (pu**y). TD is a work in progress with the right guy, BS is a great prospect from what I have seen and if he will stay will get to really learn english football from a good base. Play him down the middle.
Peszko Why? FFS. Other loans go back. Once again I don't know apart from what you guys say about the young lads some sound good LM etc.
WTF happened to GM, RB?
Whoever it is I hope we get it right and start from scratch, we will get money for some of our players and we will have to spend wisely. For that reason the young manager DOF thing works, but I don't think Thelwell.
Maybe our BIG Name appointment should be DOF.
Thoughts?

We didn't need an essay :L

WILKO

Thoughts?

I think you are a very frustrated supporter and it was very therapeutic for you letting off steam on the Wolves Rumours site.

Yes?

Steve Davis currently the bookies' favourite by a long stalk. 11/10 at the minute.

I'm quite excited by this personally. Relatively young and upcoming manager, won something already in a short career, likes to use youth, and a Wolves man through and through.

Could this really be the time that Moxey makes a sensible decision?

But not at wolves they are ok at small clubs but we are not a small club ok joke club at the moment thanks to morgan
