Wolves have been more than linked with Eggert Johnson who has now joined wolves with the deal to be ratified on Jan 1st. The 23-year-old was Hearts' player of the season for the 2010-11 season and joins on a 3 and a half year deal for an undisclosed fee.

Wolves have signed Eggert Jonsson , but does anyone know anything about him ? very little footage on youtube and even less info on his Wikpedia page , well done to DB who first broke this rumour , may his rumour/signing ratio continue lol.

I'm happy for us to sign these players just worried he might be another Leigh Griffiths who is likely to leave in January. Although it's nothing to go by he's got a FIFA 12 rating of 63, which to all of you non-FIFA people, isn't very good, at all. It's worth the risk sometimes and he might be the new [insert world class player name here].

Give the guy a break! We have been asking for a centreback or defensive midfielder, and now that we have got one who also plays for his country we are slating Mick and Jez for "only" spending £250,000. lets look at this as a great bit of business to provide more competition for both of the current centrebacks and Karl henry. If you want things to be half empty then go and support someone else.

Lee Griffiths was worth a cheeky punt at £150k might even make a few quid out of it.Mick said that the scouts have been watching Jonsson a good number of times.We could be on to a good thing here.

With the fifa ratings and if im correct then hammill on fifa 11 his rating was 64

This just in, I can confirm that Eggert Jonsson has a reasonably amusing accent so at least there's that and how could he be player of the season and not a decent footballer? With O'Hara not going to back until at least mid-January he should be good support in the middle and could provide support for our Centre backs with Craddock still returning from injury.

I know the FIFA ratings are flawed, definitely biased against the lower leagues and Scottish teams other than the Old Firm teams, I mean you just have to look at how overinflated the Albion team is to know that, it's just I was looking for any indication seeing how little information there seems to be on this guy, he's had more than a couple of caps for Iceland though so might be an exciting bargain.

Although we did not get all three points last night we were rubbish in the first 25 minutes but what a cracking match it turned out to be and I really enjoyed watching it.Johnson stated of bad but came good making three great challenges , I hope this helps his performance for future matches.We missed O'Hara in the middle with Milijas giving the ball away a few times very easily but he too was unlucky not to score with his unfavoured right foot.Hammill should have come on sooner as Hunt did not have a great game.I am a bit worried how we can't kill off the likes of Norwich and Swansea with that said Wolves showed great character in coming back twice from behind and unlucky not to kill of the game.COYW.
