WE ARE BACK!

20 Jul 2016 22:00:08
You are back, I'm not on board with this. I'm not even allowed to post in pre mod anymore on Mol Mix they are censoring and excluding posts dissenting about this or trying to intellectually debate. It's like a dumbed down Police State, I think maybe Wolves has changed a lot over the years and isn't right for all anymore.

20 Jul 2016 22:07:38
Chill out ulf, just imagine your sat in a veyron, and see if you can enjoy the ride. See what's planned for us and then decide if its for you, because after the past thirty five years i'm ready to give anything a chance.

21 Jul 2016 08:07:46
Looking forward to a new regime. Ulf we have no control over who owns us but we have a choice whether we stay on board. Personally, I'm on board. I have waited years for us to be back on a competitive level and I hope this is it!

21 Jul 2016 10:12:33
Bit of a drama Queen.

20 Jul 2016 21:50:25
Good news coming and I suggest Rugeley Wolf2 you wait to hear what's coming! Regards MENDES will have the most connected man in football and you moan! OMD man get positive man do you really think the new owners are investing £45 million to buy club to sit in the championship maybe we will if the pessimism of our fans doesn't go away. Rejoice and be excited for the future of our beloved club and by the way.

20 Jul 2016 22:34:43
Still think it will be FRIDAY but don't care as long as it happens.

20 Jul 2016 21:12:12
Taken from the Standard Hong Kong 2 minutes ago

Wolverhampton Wanderers is set to become another English football club sold to a Chinese company.
Fosun International, a conglomerate with investments around the world including in Thomas Cook, is reportedly close to completing the takeover of the Championship club known as Wolves for 45 million (HK$459 million), according to The Telegraph in London.

Jorge Mendes, a so-called "super agent" with clients including fellow Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo, a star player with Real Madrid, and new Manchester United Jose Mourinho, is thought to be involved in the takeover.

Aston Villa, another famous club from the English Midlands and relegated at the end of last season from the Premier League to the Championship, was sold earlier this week to another Chinese conglomerate, Recon Group, for 76.5 million.

20 Jul 2016 22:11:28
Just a word for word copy of The Telegraph article. Nothing new here. I'm still hoping they're putting 2 and 2 together and getting 5, just researching Mendes links rather than any real information. I still hope it R Li buying us, but like others have said we desperately need investment, so i'm not going to despair if its the Forsan group. Clinging to the fact that the Spanish journo who started all this appears to be right about 2 out of three (manager, players/ agent) so why are we doubting the third, Li?

20 Jul 2016 22:26:25
But stuwolf, at the end of the day the Kong Kong article is just reporting on the telegraph article. Two weeks ago all the news and subsequent fever was baded upon del Marco and balange or whatever. The telegraph is probably based upon the Portugal story. There's only one story, the one where an announcement is actually made.

20 Jul 2016 22:44:12
Yes guys I agree it is just repeated info We already have.

I put the significance in the report going out in China, it excites me, no more.

Too many kicks in the botox of late, I'll get excited when I see it from Wolves.

20 Jul 2016 19:33:39
I think there will be 3 players coming in on takeover day with over 20 million spent. and a further 3 before deadline day . macca price Evans e banks landell will go.

20 Jul 2016 20:00:39
And where do you get this info from?

20 Jul 2016 21:46:28
The wait is almost over.
Embrace the moment, when it finally comes.
To all the believers, the non believers and the jealous imposters.
Out of darkness cometh light, its our time.
For once its going to be us.
The giant has opened his bleary eyes, give em a good rub and is ready for battle.
To all the genuine wolves lovin posters, hold on me babbies.
WIM WOLVES AYE WE.

20 Jul 2016 21:55:43
bostin news.

20 Jul 2016 22:03:47
Welcome back realist,
We've been poo on for years a few A holes taking the P is nothing compared to the manna from hea
ven about to rain down on Wolves.
Success or failure for a STH home and away of 55 years, "I can't wait" FOwb.

20 Jul 2016 18:58:58
Loan deal for Ronaldo 3 months
Yer right.

20 Jul 2016 21:07:19
Surely we can aim higher than that.

20 Jul 2016 21:27:30
Kelzer get it right mate we've put an undisclosed offer in for him and if you believe that then you'll believe anything lol.

20 Jul 2016 18:33:08
Well it must be the year of the black country born wolves fan sam for england next the wolves announcement.

20 Jul 2016 21:49:18
Never realised Big Sam was one of us! That made my day; sure as hell a better claim than Sean O'Driscoll or Steve Davis (Crewe, not the snooker player)! But seriously, why did we never consider approaching Sam to be our manager? I know he's forged a great career for himself ever since his Bolton days - hence he's set for the England job! But there were numerous times when he was out of work. While Mick had been doing a pretty great job for us, I remember one particularly bad spell Sam had at West Ham. I believe I'm right in saying that's the year we were relegated to League 1. Why did we not move then?!

20 Jul 2016 23:21:38
Wolfie Wilde, One Simple Reason
Our Sam ay a yes man unlike Jackett
Which while Morgan and Moxey were in
charge would never happen. Sam don't
take any mars bars from anybody so I pity
any future England teams who don't fight
for the cause .

20 Jul 2016 23:57:39
Big Sam said years ago that he could never take the Wolves job as he was a fan first and foremost and should he be unsuccessful then he would be responsible for taking his club backwards which he didn't want to do.

20 Jul 2016 17:04:02
Where does it say about these 2 players signing for an English club can't find it and if it's true and is us I think that the takeover isn't to far away hopefully Friday but for some reason for the past 2 weeks I've said the 29th on my birthday.

20 Jul 2016 17:29:15
Abola in Portugal will not name the club though a bit weird.

20 Jul 2016 16:50:05
Out of the free agents who would you take.
Some decent players.

20 Jul 2016 14:17:25
The Big Announcement tomorrow guys.

20 Jul 2016 14:27:26
😴😴😴😴😴😪😪😪😪😪😪😴😴😴😴😴😴.

20 Jul 2016 14:36:05
And what proof do you have?

20 Jul 2016 14:36:16
Is your man Laslett involved at all Banbury? Chairman?

20 Jul 2016 14:43:41
Here's hoping Banbury but can't see it.

20 Jul 2016 14:56:48
From the horses mouth.

20 Jul 2016 15:04:40
Two players from benfica linked to Liverpool. man city and wolves for the sum of 50m euros according to Abola deal is done.

20 Jul 2016 15:27:46
Banbury I'll believe it when I see it written down in black and white, too many supposed in the know posters on here have been saying it's this day, it's that day etc etc, When it is OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCED then and only then will I believe it.

20 Jul 2016 15:28:24
A press release or press conference Banbury.

20 Jul 2016 15:30:44
Does your horse watch neighbours to?

20 Jul 2016 15:54:37
Banbury which horses mouth
THE NAGS HEAD?!

20 Jul 2016 16:26:29
So basically, you know nothing, and are just spouting out nonsense? I'm not surprised.

20 Jul 2016 17:13:16
Dont write off what Banbury has said, he said before an Asian consortium led by Laslett? Fingers crossed he's right and its announced tomorrow.

20 Jul 2016 17:30:24
Dare I say most people have lost faith with certain ITK people we have heard it all before. If you put a date on here repeatedly one of them is going to happen. Hope Banbury is correct but I won't hold my breath for to long.

20 Jul 2016 17:43:04
Till tomorrow Spanish wolf 👍.

20 Jul 2016 18:05:08
Seems Funny how the realist and Jim have gone quiet.

20 Jul 2016 20:27:46
Give Banbury 24 hours.

It's not anything we have'nt done for loads of others on here.
Thursday 21st of July has a lovely ring to it,

new coach,
new boardroom staff,
new bootroom staff.

Now don't that sound just feckin peachy.

Nose to the Window GeeWolf, chin up lads, why not tomorrow, it gives us something to look forwards to.

Birmingham Mail Comments

His disappearance led to a statement being released by the company which called the investigations 'routine process' in China.

* The investigation came at a time when Wang Qishan was leading a new anti-corruption programme in the country.

* The most important thing here, indeed for Wolves fans, is that NO charges were made against him.

* Politics and finance are closely linked in China. If the government wants you to have money it is easier, if they don't, it becomes a little more awkward.

* The Financial Times article goes on to state that by Chinese standards, Guo is actually squeaky clean.

* The article signs off with a quote from Guo: "You have to believe that as long as you have made no mistake, the government will not mess with you. ".

20 Jul 2016 12:12:17
Don't think anyone taking over wants to stay in the championship. Everyone remotely interested in football knows where the money is.

20 Jul 2016 12:11:56
It's the 20th will we hear anything today? A press conference?

20 Jul 2016 13:33:06
E&S saying 2 weeks.

20 Jul 2016 16:06:18
E and S only found out from the Telegraph 2 hours after story broke on Tuesday evening, pretty good for a Wolverhampton paper ( (don't ya think)

20 Jul 2016 20:36:46
When the Chinese announce tomorrow, Dim Tim from the E&Lie will be known as Dim Sum Tim.

20 Jul 2016 11:33:36
With all the fosum speculation and with some of the comments i've read about their declining equity etc., i found this article relating to their wealth.
any thoughts guys?

goo.gl/IiITaE

20 Jul 2016 11:23:16
I can understand how some of you are disappointed but, can we really afford to be complaining about a new potential owner simply because the face of the company isn't quite as high up on the rich list as a previously mentioned potential owner?

Also, the way the stories have read to me, this new bloke was only investigated by Chinese authorities and it sounds like he complied with everything they said and so, has not been convicted, so what's the big fuss?

20 Jul 2016 11:52:35
It's not a question of disappointment, it's the fact that this (appears, by all logical sense) to be a total stitch up and rip off. I'd rather we didn't sell and kept Kenny Jacket, at least he has integrity and is English.

They are debt ridden, they probably approved the Moneyshop, Mendes involved probably means we will be an exploited feeder club for Europe and China. It's just unacceptable.

20 Jul 2016 12:10:38
How do you come to that conclusion though? If the FL's tests prove this new guy, what exactly suggests it's a rip off? Some of their acquisitions have been made with debt, this doesn't mean they are necessarily in debt. They are a group that made a billion in profit last year alone.

With regards to Mendes being involved, I can kind of understand your concern due to the trouble he has caused at Valencia, however it seems (from reports) that he'll do it differently with us as we have only been rumoured with younger players on potentially permanent transfers.

20 Jul 2016 11:00:35
Pmsl. I've just had an email from wolves titled behind the scenes! You couldn't make it up could ya. were always the last to know. if ever a club could balls something up its wolves. wait and see it'll all go wrong. always does.

20 Jul 2016 12:51:39
Timtoo33.

You omitted to say they want to charge us £25 for the privelege of looking behind the scenes.
Football is a money making enterprise full stop, we are but the shit on their shoes and we matter not. I don't give a monkey's who takes us over, as long as they improve the football I pay hard earned money to go and watch. it could not get any worse than last season.

Just look how they treated the Guys and Gals who paid a shed load to go out to Cork, An U21 side against a similar level from Cork, they knew Cork were in a cup competition end of last season and must have known how it would be. Why oh why did they not play first team players and U21's 50/ 50 that's the conditions the youngsters would be under when and IF they ever got an opportunity under KJ. Me, I blame KJ for that one, absolute disgrace, those fans must have got off the plane, bus, boat and thought we've been stiffed here, tactician my arse, he's a bloody joke.

Sorry ed, but I'm really miffed.

20 Jul 2016 10:56:24
It was reported a week ago that we were in nda's with 2 parties. Well I think we know who the 2 parties are now. It could still be sold to either one of them.

20 jul 2016 10:34:04
i think we will hear on frday what we are all waitng for.

20 Jul 2016 10:51:01
Whenever it happens, I think all or some of us are going to be dissapointed'cant please everyone.
let's just hope things are in place regarding transfers in/ manager or coach situation.

20 Jul 2016 10:30:02
OK, none of us, me included, actually have any real knowledge about what is going on or even who might be buying then club. There is a NDA in place yet apparently word has got out that first it was Li, now it's the investment group. I wonder if some incorrect info was "leaked out" in order to muddy the waters and to help hide the identity of the person or group that is negotiating the takeover. What better way to reinforce the NDA than by doing this? Again, I have NO insider info but my own feeling is that Robin Li is still the buyer. Time will tell.

20 Jul 2016 14:37:15
perhaps both put acceptable bids in but Moxey preferred the Fosun bid cus they offered him a position unlike the Robin Li bid .

Who Knows hey?

20 Jul 2016 10:15:43
So apparently it's not Robin Li. Wolverhampton Wanderers will be sold to Chinese conglomerate. From the Telegraph

goo.gl/P2beWM

20 Jul 2016 09:50:22
Now that Fosun group have been mentioned, it seems that some people are unhappy as the chairman has a somewhat chequered past and may be involved in dodgy dealings. Some are hating Morgan even more for even considering selling to this buyer. However you have to look at this way. A lot of fans wanted Morgan to sell which for his own reasons he has agreed to do. As a businessman, he will want to recoup as money as possible, therefore if Fosun offer the most money, why should he reject their offer. Would you? Once he gets his money, he'll walk away and never think of us again. I work near the Blues ground and speak to a lot of their fans. They felt the same way towards David Sullivan and the Golds as we do about Morgan. When they sold up the fans rejoiced but when Yeung was found to have obtained his money through criminality and jailed, the Blues fans soon changed their tune and most of them now admit that maybe the old regime was better than what they have now. Big promises but no action.

20 Jul 2016 09:38:02
Does anyone else find it slightly strange that Robin Li's 'people' didn't come out and say 'not us'?

Unless, of course he was completely oblivious to it all. Which I find hard to beleive, I'm sure his team would keep an eye on his public profile online.

20 Jul 2016 10:48:29
Maybe'but as I said a few days ago, Li probably has this kind of thing going on all the time'i think if he had to distance himself from every rumour his name gets put together with he would probably need a small department at it 7 days a week.

20 Jul 2016 11:31:36
Wolves will be sold to Fosun and maybe be plunged into a similar crisis as when the Bhatti's took charge in the 80's. Very little money and player's will be sold. The disappointing aspect is set up is nowhere near strong as Robin Li's
However the real trauma will kick in when Bagggie's are bought by Li-sad to say.

20 Jul 2016 09:20:25
Just been thinking. Telegraph said coursortiumI means more than one peraphs it is. Like ac milan. But with two which I think sport mole said it might be two buyers.
Could that mean li still on the cards.

China wants to be a brand of football. So there not gunna be fathing about.

We've heard every article going. something might be true on both.

P. s Someone said announcement today lol.

20 Jul 2016 09:12:21
Not 100%happy got bad feeling wish it was Robin li.

20 Jul 2016 09:17:38
Ffs can't believe the negative feedback, these people have serious money and if they don't spend big we can have Mendes's cast offs! And they will be better than s--t we've got. Cheer up for their not dealin with your personal pension plan!

20 Jul 2016 09:26:38
You tell em Paul, Fosun group v Dull Ken, Fat Jez, The Scouse Idiot and Kevin "i have a dossier for taking a crap" Thelwell, I know who I want :)

20 Jul 2016 10:57:26
Paul T, I don't think it is all negative mate I just see concerned supporters today after we have all been hanging our hat on a takeover by Mr Li. I posted earlier for people to look at a BBC artical which boarders on the negative side of the Fosun group. I have sinse read and artical elsewhere showing the Group in a much more favourable light i. e. a 1 billion post tax profit last year alone. People see the first artical and jump on things particularly us Wolves fans. My advise is look at as much information as possible before jumping to conclussions good or bad.

20 Jul 2016 08:53:30
Here's an idea chaps, instead of jumping up and down and ranting about Fosun, and how skint, bent, corrupt they might be, or about the possibility that people got the Li link wrong, let's just sit back and wait and see what comes out of the mol, after all something is brewing.
If this is now getting a mention in the national press then the mol won't be too far behind with an announcement.

20 Jul 2016 09:15:51
Jimmy well said once of th real guys on here :) People saying they wish it was Robin Li, how does anyone know he was even interested in us, he has no interest in footy, at least these guys do :)

20 Jul 2016 09:23:59
Well said both of you, calm down and wait for an official announcement.

20 Jul 2016 09:29:29
You reckon today Derby?

20 Jul 2016 11:28:40
Takeover happened
NO!

20 Jul 2016 08:26:20
Oh dear Fosun looks like a group slashing money about buying up all sorts of businesses for their portfolio but funding it with debt. Owner going awol in December and Moody's only just rating them as stable rather than negative. We were always going to be a rich man's plaything and I guess if you want to play in the big league you end up selling your soul to do it.
Please prove me wrong but this looks a completely different kettle of fish to a self made guy in Li to whoever these guys are.

20 Jul 2016 09:17:03
Formula 1 and UFC owned by investment groups, just saying :)

20 Jul 2016 08:19:12
Been reading this for the last 2 weeks and not 1 thing is genuine as we don't no anything, people who pretend to be itk behave you self I genuinely no someone who works for Wolves who talks to people in higher roles at Wolves and he said they no nothing just that something is happening that's all.

20 Jul 2016 08:47:54
Another claiming to be ITK, having a go at other ITK's about not being ITK.

20 Jul 2016 08:48:02
Judging by this latest piece of news all the ITK posters who have been making various claims about " having reliable sources" are being shown up for the sad individuals they really are.

20 Jul 2016 08:15:00
Like everyone I have started to look at Fosun group details on the various sights. Found a very good BBC artical that does not fill me with enthusiasm. Take a read and judge for yourself. No wonder the takeover is taking so long there is plenty to concider before selling to this guy in charge of Fosun! .

20 Jul 2016 08:01:18
Looks like we're going to have to be patient for the first half of the season at least. let's get behind the players we've got. Try to get off to a flyer, get the injured lads back, hopefully we we'll be within reach of the play offs come January then reinforce the squad heavily with some quality.

Bit of an optimistic view but it's not impossible.

20 Jul 2016 08:35:34
Totally agree.
