im accually sick of wolves fans as a fan of this great club iv never seen so many moaners i wonder when how many of you tuesday night when we win will be saying how great the team is blah blah blah we have got 45 more games to go jeez get over it n theres still 2 weeks of the transfer window left so anything can happen from now till then

whats wrong with some fans.not strengthening till jan is rubbish.we need investment in players now why wait.morgan and moxey out.

Seriously, I have said it for 3 years wolves need a decent cb. Hopefully we will get the full fee from westham from selling Jarvis to spend on one. Also a decent LB that can defend would not go amiss.

What the hell is going on with our back four?
When are they going to wake up and sign a defender to pair with RJ?
I also have never seen a team so poor in front of goal.
It's fundamental stuff and they won't solve it!!!

i dont beleave in none of this prem hungover crap they pros on good money withprem experiance and should of done better yest,we didnt test the leeds keeper atall, and if droping out prem hits you that bard wesh ham newcastle got straight back up, and i no its only 1 game but we wont be going up we keep that defece till jan transfer and it be to late, even play offs be out of reach by then, if you cant defend and got score or create goals you dont win games, and not winning games dont get you up, long struggle

jarvis sold ince in, fletcher out rhodes in, zubar out hunt in from hudds look good defender, stears out mathew bates free in worth a try nuthink worse than stears, henry out and a creative midfeilder in. get me in i will take wolves up aint hard, we got beat yesterday by a leeds team who are built up of ex pompy or free players, so dont say matthew bates aint worth a shout for free

How can we take positives out of yesterday defence all over the place stearman could have give two penalties ward usual all over the place and zubar always out of place and johnson should not have been still at club snd up front apart from glimpses off jarvis and new polish player we looked unable to create anything going to be a long fight keeping away from relegation
I thought johnson had a decent game to be fair. but agree about the others

i think we should sell fletcher to suderland for 13 mil and westwood on loan til jan hes very good and will want 1st team action now that hes ireland no.1 and if henno leaves take westwood on permanantly or see if spurs want they also badly need another striker if we offer to spurs 13 mil and bassong the other way i think he would be good he gave his all for us
with jarvis i think he'll play well for us even if he didnt get his move but i think 12 mil and a defender coming our way would be ideal
we should sell de vries to liverpool for 800,000 and brad jones
but thats my opinion what are your thoughts?

Yes this mess started months ago why did new manager not start right away build from the back new stand and new houses will not get us up rotten from the top unhappy club and it shows well done mr morgan

can people calm down, it will take this season to stabilise and Stale to build a team of his own, we woint be going up and i for one is not too bothered. It's a fresh start and unlike other teams it wont be an overnight thing. Players like Forde just is not going to be good enough. David Davis needs to be in there and i think stearman is poor even in this league, i think there will be 2-3 signings before the window closes and a couple to go, then more re-building in january. We need to be patient because going from 'putting a shift in' to actually playing football will take time let's all give solbakken a chance and our support and even more important give the bloke time

I agree that the manager needs time to implement his own style etc. but i think the big problem is the confidence of the players. Confidence is a big thing in any sport but we have a severe relegation hangover here due to 5 wins in 38. If fans think we can begin a campaign in the Championship having sufferd that and automatically start winning and playing great football, think again. Remember when we were relegated before it was the same and resulted in Jones' sacking. So the team and the manager needs the fans patience and hopefully some new signings and i'm sure things will change for us.

Stale has not been rash with his judgement. Adlene and Kites were lost causes. Both assets that are Fletch and Jarvo are to leave on the clubs terms as we can hold out for what we value them. Berra requires interest first. As for those coming in I see Tonga at full fitness running the show in many games - mark my words he will be named in league team of year come end of season and the others will blossom given time all very raw talents with much to learn. In the next 10 days Jarvo will leave (10mill to Hammers) and we will reinvest in a wide man, and reinforce strength with a new CB who will sit off 5-10 yards behind Johnson (not a ball winner). I was furious with both full backs yesterday and do not see why Foley is not featuring as he adds to the maturity of the back line. Both are caught out of line so frequently. Stale's face told a million stories yesterday and he was far from content with the showing. 2-3 changes for Barnsley - Forde, Zubes and Ebanks out as Jarvo rolls out for final time as a Wanderer.
I thought foley was injured but i agree if he's fit or gets fit he has to play at rb then see wat zubar is like at cb then if he's no better sign a cb. the problem is there's no time now as we've left it too late

Did anyone else think the body language between Stale and TC looked a bit fractious?
There was a couple of times when TC was talking and Stale didn't even look at him. I'm probably reading too much into just a couple of shots off the tv but Stale seemed more engaged with Lange than he did TC.
I noticed that too. If so, it suggests that TC has little influence on tactics and selection. It's a pity he doesn't use his influence with JM to get him to buy a CD, RB and LB.
Yep i seen it as well ..connor looked abit lippy and frustrated , SS needs to shift him on so he can progress himself

Can anyone explain the warchest, was it for the chump is it player sales that will generate it. My understanding was funds will be available poss 5-10mill and anything we get from player sales. Correct me if I am wrong
I'll explain the warchest, it was a lie to help sell season tickets Morgan like many Football club owners is not in this to lose money only to make more. We have to get used to this reality it's being run as a business so in this league there will be no big money spent.
If we sell fletcher and jarvis for a combined fee 25m do any wolves fans honestly think solbakken will be given this 6m max if hes lucky

Looks like we have changed our minds on Fletcher and since no one else is willing to stomp up such a ridiculous sum, you now have a player who wants to leave and will be a major negative factor in your club. And all because of your chairmans greed for an extra 2m quid !!

Disagree the guy is under contract we want him to stay we put a high price on for that reason not our fault your club wont take no for an answer......

Very disappointed by the negative vibe from within the supporters after one game.
It is a new manager playing a new system, some of those players have been playing the McCarthy way for five seasons so it will take time for them to get used to it.
Lets take out the positives from the game, Carl Ikeme looked competent between the sticks and Roger Johnson did ok, granted the other three defenders were poor but I'm sure Stale knows this.
We looked ok in midfield and Peszko looked excellent when he came on, although not sure about Forde yet, but he's young and in need of experience.
What was disappointing was the lack of penetration but it is a work in progress, it takes time to get things right.
Now people may say that we haven't got time to get things right and I wouldn't disagree with but it is what it is and we are looking to progress, sometimes in life you have to take two steps backwards to take three steps forward.
Keep the faith boys, don't stop believing.
On the transfer front, it would be interesting to see if Sunderland and Aston Villa have bid £13m for Fletcher because if they have I would let him talk to them, we can use those funds to sort out our defence who lets face it weren't good enough the season we went up let alone all this time later.

let Jarvis go cos he is not worth 10m ,fans saying he got crosses in but attackers werent there to head them in ,,totall bulls66t his crosses are too far off there targets thats why they cant get to them, jeez hammill could get the crosses spot on but something is wrong with him cos players dont like him , the click in that team is still there and we will always struggle until it is gone.
Ikeme take henno's place. yes he played well yesterday but he's to prone to mistakes and hennessey is much better

Yep why not ,,,if he plays like that i cant see why not and i know he as made blunders in the past but how many as henno made ..... dont keep blaming the back 4 for all those goals last season cos henno was to blame for a fair few of them, ikeme commanded his box and that is what henno doesnt do....that defence looked ok when the yank goalie was there but fell to pieces with henno
