Thought I'd reiterate a few points that have been discussed many times over but seemingly need to be repeated based on Thursday night.
1. Playing the lone striker does not work. Afobe and Le Fondre are constantly too isolated from the play. It's actually embarrassing. I commented on this after the Cardiff game back in August. I said the same in the win over Birmingham. It still hasn't been fixed?! No wonder Afobe might be looking to leave. Ridiculous management.
2. Players like Ojo, Wallace and Byrne are being wasted on the bench. I'm a huge fan of Edwards and Henry. But in the past 7,8 games they've contributed nearly nothing. To be fair, Henry has two goals. But combined that's it. They just keep going missing. If a hungry Wallace was thrust into the starting XI or Ojo, whom it baffles me hasn't been given more game time, I think they'd make a real impact. My point is proven by just how well Byrne took his goal against Leeds. How long was he on - 10 minutes or so?
3. Ebanks-Landell is pretty hazardous. I can accept Batth at centre back. But we absolutely have to get more experience at the back. Mike Williamson put in some great performances for us in his brief spell here. I was one of the few delighted when we flogged Stearman. £2.5m? Ha! I'm not laughing any more.
4. Get the club sold as soon as possible. I sincerely hope great efforts are being put in to find a suitable group to take over the club. We don't need a Venky's or a Vincent Tan. Even then they're both ahead of us! But Morgan will be extremely reluctant to spend anything on signings in January when, it's very clear, additions are needed - drastically.
5. Sorry to say it, but Golbourne has become a weak link also at the back. He's one of my favourite players but he's constantly being caught out. His pace is not up there with Iorfa and his heading is pathetic. Last night, it took him three headers to clear with Doukara chasing him down. For the third goal also, I was literally able to talk through what would happen just before it did. Floated in at the back and Byram rose above him. Bang! Easy as that. Teams have copped onto it. I'd still choose him over Doherty but just. He also has to improve his crossing; something that also must be said of Iorfa.
6. Time for Kenny to grab his Jackett. For me, the only reason Kenny is still here is for the lack of suitable candidates out there. The Festive period fixtures were kind to say the least. 2 wins from 11 is pathetic. 2 home wins all season in the league. Languishing in 17th position. The figures speak for themselves. May I just remind you, as much as it pains me too, that Solbakken was sacked on the 3rd of January with us in 18th. A loss at Wednesday on Sunday would see us surely plummet down even further. The bloody ostrich, Pearson would get results for us. But his vile character means I'd hate to see him here. Holloway has been mentioned but I think he's set for a snug pundit's seat instead. I guess that leaves only one other man for the job then. I knew poor Jose wouldn't be out of work for too long!

Pearson is a good manager though, that I have now doubt of look what he built at Leicester the side was terrific and all said and done its is side that he built doing the business what a team to takeover for the tinkerman I bet he couldn't believe is luck, after all the hard work was done by Pearson but I can understand the other side of is personality but don't all good managers have other sides to them eg, Ferguson, Wenger,
Mourinho pardon the spelling just 3 to mention but look what they achieved.
