Someone is bound to post it, so I will. Steve McClarren and Dennis Irwin spotted at KC stadium tonight. Who fancies that as a managerial partnership?

No thanks.

DEAR GOD NO.

Not sure about management pairing. but thought we learned a lot from tonight's game. Back four as set up tonight has a lot of potential, thought all did well albeit with a couple of early wobbles. Des landers distribution is good and if allowed to play with degree of freedom all four can move forward with ease, control and real pace. Obviously under instructions not to do anything adventurous but that diminishes massively what each has to offer. Evans must come back in place of Saville. Number of times Saville slowed our attack when he got on the ball far outweighed his ball winning contribution. Best Helan has played for us by a country mile. Actually had an end product tonight which he has totally failed to deliver before. Until he tired Edwards provided a real threat supporting front player. Saggy doesn't do it for me. All I see is his failure to compete in the air and no real goal threat. Henry undoubtedly talented but needs a strong leader to keep him going and demand a team performance at all times. Ikeme and Martinez both more than capable but both also prone to errors at key times. Need reinforcements in centre midfield and up front but think we have some real prospects in other areas if we can hang on to them.

Agree with most of that Scottish. We have pace in the side to worry sides when we counter. But Siggy has to come deeper for the ball. This was Afobe's problem. KMac is the one player who can find a forward with a decent pass and Adobe said as much. But he doesn't, do it often enough and he doesn't offer much else. I like the work Helan does to cover the full back.

Agree with most of your comments Scottish. Can someone explain what KJ sees in Saville - how on earth did he become a professional footballer? Time to move the following on; Saville, Siggy, Boukari, RVLP, ALF. Macca looks like he wants out, so that could be 7 players on the way. Replace with Nakhi Wells, left sided attacking midfielder as replacement/ back up for Graham and a playmaker to replace Macca (Forster Caskey? ) . Affordable options? Dicko will return and we shoudl see more of Bright hopefully.

We have plenty players who can play LM like Graham, Byrne, Wallace and if necessary Henry or Edwards. We are probably less well covered on the right. With that list of players moving on plus I recon McAlinden remember him?! We should get some decent replacements I would like to see another defender and a striker to challenge Dicko which Mason isn't doing but maybe Bright will one day.

no chance of a goal tonight not with this lineup, siggy up top 3 other strikers on the bench bart out with illness,

hi all. here is my reaction to moxeys comments on takeover and the announcement of shirt sponsor.

first of all the shirt sponsor.

I believe we have made a huge mistake in having the money shop sponsoring our shirts.
I urge everyone to boycott anything that has the money shop logo on. we need to make a stand.

on the takeover I believe after what moxey said in the press. My thinking is that negotiations are advanced with potential buyers that is my opinion not what I read I must state that.
what have you heard the realist?

15 Apr 2016 11:26:14
Why all the furore over the new sponsor?Football in general is a morally corrupt sport with some players behaviour questionable at the best of times. We take money off Sky & i'm sure its only a matter of time before they peddle loans to go alongside there betting site.Who people borrow money off is there own concern & if they want to use The Money Shop that's up to them.We could have worse!

15 Apr 2016 15:42:43
Big cheese u right who u borrow money off is up to individuals but it goes against everything the club stands for by having money shop plastered all over the place u can't tell me they were only company who would sponsor us the club should be trying get local business on board not a multi national who useing is as cheap advertising campaign and how come no mention off how much they backing us was a six figure sum when silverbug got on board so why nothing mentioned now and don't say they honest when they cripple people with repayment plans off extortionate APR% they just not suitable for main sponsor why didn't we approach jaguar they built mega multi pound plant up road surely they would want enhance their reputation in wolvo area even more with a deal know they multi national but least they from area and invested in local economy what money shop invested in except misery off less well off folk.

Tata own JLR & looking at what's happening at port talbot i'd sooner have The Money Shop.
Tata have asset stripped port talbot & left it on the verge of closure.People make there own choices in life & if they want to use payday lenders that's up to them
There monies just as good as anyones!

U make s fair case but and its a big but HOW MUCH £ HAVE THEY GIVEN CLUB don't get why no mention just get feeling this a exercise to gauge feeling from fans on more involvment from money shop how long till try get some kind naming rights deal on the ground -too many things about club are cloved in secrecy and only rver get disclsed if leeked or s cock up occurs time all partys were honest and upfront with what intention for club is.
