If we mean business I would buy asombolonga, free transfer joe ledley and loan Abraham. Prob all 3 with wages and transfer cost £10-12m. Then sell the likes of price, saville and possibly Cav if we must. Just cus ffp. I'm a dreamer I suppose 😁.

I don't think that we have a snowball's chance in hell of getting Abraham. I would love to be proved wrong, but if you keep up with what is going on, we just aren't on his radar!

I'd have him all day boro are favourites at 2/ 1 the us 6/ 1 then a massive cap to 14/ 1 the next it sounds to me as if boro are only favourites because SS reported they have interest I think the bookies now were after him too but just because there insterst has come for SS there favourites other wise I think we might be if you see what I'm saying here.

I also think Bodvarsson will improve after a decent break. But you're right, we still need at least 1 new striker. Nuno will change the way we play and the players will improve.

Couldn't agree more jas m, last season we were stuck with too many square pegs in round holes all across the pitch. With graham and zyro injured this then left us short for natural width and unbalanced.

Cavaleiro was then used as a winger yet i'm convinced he would do more damage over the season if he played up front with dicko. Still think our problem lies central midfield where we're not creative enough with the exception of conor ronan.

i'm positive we have enough goals in us with cav, dicko, bodvarsson, if we address midfield. Would be nice though to cash in on mason and add more quality in other areas. Cm/ no 10 role just behind the strikers.
whats everyone think?

Shane westley middlesbrough are favourites at 2/ 1 but it also says they're after jason cummings from hibernian.
i personally think that if we can pay what we did for mason then it makes perfect sense for fosun to snap up assambalongo as he becomes an asset as business sense and footballing sense.

Depends if forest want to sell in the first place matt 123, would they want to re invest in other areas of their team therefore panic sell for less who knows? Or player plus cash. Mason will do.
one player who i think seriously needs to be looked at is nelson oliveira at norwich for various reasons.

mendes client, aged 25, bodvarsson type of striker yet knows where the goal is double figures in 20 odd games, brings others into play, also norwich are in a mess.
check him out, maybe just what we need .
