Zach Clough from Bolton will sign for Wolves tomorrow for £1.5 mil new CF also next week from Scotland!

14 Jan 2016 22:46:48
why when bristol have offered 2m?

14 Jan 2016 22:48:40
Saw that Bristol City saying they missed out but didn't say it was us landing him thought he might fetch 2m so sounds like a good deal.

15 Jan 2016 09:00:55
Bristol offered 1 mill up front with the rest on appearances
and that they don't get relegated wolves is a straight payment and Bolton are desperate for cash.

15 Jan 2016 10:35:20
We shall see.

15 Jan 2016 16:19:47

Yet another fixture change - Boro now a Friday 4th Feb Ko. So popular with Sky - unfortunately Sky not so popular with Wolves fans!

14 Jan 2016 19:22:06
Its been put back a month, bloody hell. I think you mean 4 th of march. let's get two or three new players in, hopefully we don't let any more wolves players leave. what's the point in bringing these players through the academy and not letting them settle in first team. let the prem teams go fourth and multiply. I know we don't have any parachute money, but please resist these offers at least until the summer. up the wolves.

14 Jan 2016 20:22:11
Sorry that is what I meant 🙊🙈.

So with Dicko out now all season, surely we will get a striker in regardless of how much a revelation Zyro has been. He could be injured in training tomorrow for all we know.

I'd like to see another European. Gives a different perspective to our game and probably suits our team formations better than the way we use (d) Afobe or Alf. RVLP-Zyro seems to be the new axis. With a striker they can both link to and with Graham sending them in from the left like Sako did we should do very well. And there's always Edwards and Henry as backup.

14 Jan 2016 09:40:07
Looking into some of the European players we have been linked with, they appear to be in the €600 - €700k per annum salary bracket, allegedly. Equates to around £9 − 10k per week. Gives an insight into the budgets we are playing with.

Fine by me. If anyone wants to watch exhibition football head to Man City now. QPR and Villa show how money doesn't equal success.

Player in question in Yacine Bammou of Nantes, by the way.

Me neither.

Yeh worked in the club shop up until 2013.

14 Jan 2016 14:23:39
Leaves me wondering why we didn't spot his talent then. I presume he told us he could play?

14 Jan 2016 14:26:01
Brilliant. now we turn to shop clerks to score goals for us.

14 Jan 2016 15:09:11
Yeh he was the top seller in the club shop
Scored 4 last season and 4 in 18 this season.

Just looked on the BBC sport site and looked at our squad it includes under forwards Armstrong? is the same Armstrong as at Coventry or a different one?

14 Jan 2016 07:39:20
No unfortunately I think it's Daniel Armstrong from the u21.

14 Jan 2016 20:30:25
No I think its neil armstrong, because the owner certainly doesn't come from our planet.

haven't posted in a while so hello. ermm just on Tuesday and the striker situation.

Tuesday very good performance didn't deserve to concede the two goals flattered them, vlp and zyro I thought were excellent together both cause problems with pace, beating players, creating things, zyro fully deserved his goals, thought vlp deserved a goal his work rate was phenomenal, he was strong holding people off turning past players linked up with zyro well, was extremely unlucky in front of goal his luck wasn't there in that sense but other that was his best game in long time and him zyro linked up very well with graham as well.

know VLP&zyro brings me on the striker situation know alf can't play Saturday and would of been on the bench anyway if could of played, am I the only that thinks zyro&vlp performance has delayed kj decision on bringing in a striker as they've proved there good enough to do it and will just put bright on the bench as he's been doing that for most of the season coming on as sub, I generally think this maybe the case, even if 1 is brought in i'm still expecting zyro and vlp as they cause a lot of problems for teams.

Having players in position hasn't stopped Kenny signing more players before. Its usually cost that gets in the way.

14 Jan 2016 07:39:08
I agree Matt they will take time to look at that front three again before deciding if we need big strong or pace or finisher. Also have we got time to develop a Cummings or Bradshaw or if we need 10 goals from Clough or Wells. The last two will cost and I think Clough may already be making his way to Boro. With his fitness record it would suit them to bring him off the bench for a late winner. 2m to guarantee promotion is a good investment.
