Was that the dreaded vote of confidence by two M's for TC?

Well if man utd win by a silly score on sunday ,i really see no choice in getting rid of him

@ post 2 why's that its hardly fair game the ref will be on their side, the fans will turn on the team and we're in the bottom 3 and their top

People including ed believe Morgan's money went in prior to promotion or on wages no it has not look at the accounts everything is shown there! So I ask again where is his promised 30 million! {Ed001's Note - have you got a link? I would like to see the figures you are looking at.}

Interesting table of league managers. Quite a few appointments since Connor. And some names familiar to Wolves fans getting jobs in the last few weeks.

Ed has stated his thoughts on the Wolves today and thats fine and we all have our own opinion on whats happening there.But while Moxey has said we are fickle I ,after 40 years a fan,would describe us as frustrated fans.It took us years to get into the premiership only for Sir Jack to pull the plug on Dave Jones and back down we went.Steve Morgan came in and got us up but the quality of player and playing style leaves alot to be desired and we can all see as layman fans were the problems are.We are again at the crossroads were we need to make the next step (Quality and Class) but the powers that be seem reluctant or blind to the matter-thats were the fans frustration lies......

Great text you hit the nail on the head get lee clark give him a descent contract maybe we will learn a lesson and get a side with quality and class and not journey men who put their shift in to rephrase that who used to put their shift in

I am puzzled! Every penny wolves have spent on players ground and academy is shown in the accounts. All funds generated by the club largely due to sky money so where exactly is Mr Morgan's money? {Ed001's Note - what about prior to promotion?}

A big chunk goes on wages from prem and he as put alot of money in over the 5/6 years ,,Dont keep blaming morgan cos its not all his fault ,his guilty of being loyal to MM or MM shafted him ,,,,,Money was there for MM and he wasted it on poor player's

JACK HAYWARD money prior to promotion {Ed001's Note - erm no, Hayward sold it to Morgan prior to promotion and Morgan bankrolled it.}

Most that 30mill went on players and there wages that MM brought in the championship so the rest was wasted on more championship players for the prem and people forget the that dummy Mccarthy put alot of poor players on 5 year contracts which we will probably never get any money back off ,,,so thank that dummy Mccarthy,,
He did the same at sunderland

Hayward sold it to Morgan whilst balloon payments were still ongoing....no mega wages paid but bonuses for the up...I would really like to see Wolves accounts..they are not readily available in a single format but I am working on a solution to that.

I don't think that any more Managerial tinkering is going to help now. It's too late for that. I just hope that the players are hurt by what has been happening and find some pride and fight to give it a go for the rest of the season. I hope TC can find some way to inspire them, because there are still 10 games to go and if the Club pulls together there is still a chance. Then at the end of the season wherever we are Mr Morgan needs to learn from some hard lessons. I think that we then need a total change of Management and Coaching staff. I would have a close look at Solskjaer as Manager. He is highly rated, has done well in his apprenticeship in Norway and could do well for us. Whatever happens Mr Morgan must learn and act decisively and quickly for a change.

By and large yes. But what we need most at this time is leadership and the only man who can provide it is Steve Morgan himself. He needs to go to Compton get the arm around the lads including TC and state exactly what he wants from them and how he will support them. And he may have to do that a few times from now to end of season. Re Solskjaer, yes I'd be running a close eye over his CV and taking a few discreet soundings - damn interesting thing tho', would he be in the running if we stay up?

If we stay up it will be hard to fire Connor. However after 10 games in the new season and no wins it will be much easier. (But after 10 games and 10+ points he would stay).

Don't know enough about Solskjaer. He always seemed one of the more intelligent people playing football. In the mould of Coppel perhaps?

Solskaar do me a favour any foreign name will do and while were at it no middle aged southern softies

Not just Doyle. The "fighting spirit" is being drawn out of our rivals too:

Striker Djibril Cisse, 30, is confident QPR will avoid relegation this season. "There's no doubt that we are going to stay up," he told www.qpr.co.uk. "I love challenges and I love the club already."

Never doubted fighting spirit is there enough skill and class i desperately hope so but i doubt it

Great blog in Express and Star
note the majority of comments !!
sanity prevails !

Just read it the guy is spot on and id like to add if you cast your minds back to 2007 how many mistakes have the board made? not many thats why we are one of the best run teams and if we all keep the faith the board will turn us back into the team we were in the 50's even if as the reporter said we go down 1 step back 2 steps forward!

Their biggest mistake was showing too much faith in a journey man manager

I think the problem lies with the fact that Morgan has tried to run before he can walk!, he should of spent the money that has gone into this "re-development" on building a team that can establish itself in the premier league and then turned his attantion to developing the ground and training facilities!

13 Mar 2012 10:57:30
Mr Morgan...please publish exactly what you have personally pumped into the club...this is the only thing that will shut the protesters up....

Like most Wolves fans I'm angry with the way the club has been run this season and the performances of the players on the pitch but are the protesters just voicing that frustration or are they seriously trying to force Morgan out?

13 Mar 2012 10:48:51
To see note just exactly did Mr Morgan put this money in! Where is it on the accounts?

Why not ask to see the accounts?

13 Mar 2012 10:02:54
Where is the 30 million that Morgan promised he would put into club. So far he appears to have spent the tenner. He gave sir jack. Th club asmade a profit since he took over so he has invested nothing! {Ed001's Note - are you for real? He has put a lot of his own money into the club, how ungrateful can you be? Without Morgan Wolves would be still in the Championship, at best. No one else was interested in putting their own money in like he has.}

Thanks Ed beat me to it. We might moan at Johnson, O'Hara etc but the money had to come from somewhere. Oh, and the money spent so far on the new buildings. {Ed001's Note - I think people forget that, they seem to expect clubs to spend like Roman Abramovich owns them!}

Protesters , fans who shout abuse, fans who assault players........

you do realise you are in the MINORITY ...

so you are NOT representative of the supporters

RECOGNISE IT AND ACCEPT IT

With people like it's no wonder we have a country full of apathy-you're just the sort of person who sits back, does nothing and hopes for the best

Or maybe the majority have a few more brain cells than the moronic minority... life isnt black and white as much as you and your moronic friends believe so, stop your pathetic whinging and try to support the team and the club through the bad times ..not just the good times..fair weather supporter

Thank god you wasnt around in WW2 cos we would speaking german now {Ed001's Note - what a ridiculous comment!}

Listen Ed ,im 72 and supported wolves since the 50's and if people sat there and watched and did nothing in the war just like now ,well they would have been shoot. my son was at that protest and bigger fan than most these will ever be {Ed001's Note - but this isn't the same thing at all. How clueless do you have to be to think that this is in any way similar? Buy the club yourself if you don't like it, but pathetic little protests against a man who has the club in a division higher than its gates would suggest it should be in are just embarrassing. You aren't owned by a multi-billionaire, you aren't being run into the ground chasing the dream, like Pompey, Rangers, Oxford, Leeds and Port Vale were. Just be thankful you have an owner who was willing to put his own money into the club and that he has got you into the Prem and then kept you there. Or would you prefer the Oystons? The only money they put in is in the form of interest free loans, then took out tens of millions after the club had one season in the Prem, rather than investing any of the money into the club. Ungrateful and undeserving, that are the two words that spring to mind right now.}

Erm what are you on about ,,im not knocking Morgan cos i think he is doing a great job, im having a go at so called fans who just sit there and accepted what is happening down there ,, Its not morgan fault that Mick wasted money but it is for not sacking early enough, there was fans who clapped that team off on saturday ,,, now if connor stays in charge we are down so Morgan needs to know and so i expect fans to tell him not sit there and bury there heads like cowards

What a ridiculous comment about WW2 and how disrespectful to lads who died in that war. They fought for freedom and rights not against a man with a lot of money trying his best to bring entertainment to a load of yobs with nothing better to do than slag him off and jostle players trying to live their life. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

How on earth is that disrespectful to WW2 people ,,it means the people in WW2 had more guts and respect than the people burying there heads in this day and age ,,im afraid football a passionate game and always as been and these things happen so if you dont like it go a watch netball instead

Why is everyone so keen to slag each other off. Calm down we're all on the same side.
