Lost out - move on. Player and selling club will always go public in the hope of flushing out EPL club. Personally think if we can keep Stearman we can buy a 3rd choice CB for less that £2m. Rickets can play there too and we are blessed with plenty at right back.

Not a Rumour, But I've just saw on the Poll of the Day that 70 odd % of you think Promotion is the target next season? Personally I think a challenge for the play offs is more realistic and anything more is a bonus!
Isn't that nearly the same. I voted that promotion is the target, but I don't expect it to be via the top two. But I do think we should be aiming at a play off place.

I can't think of targets. Basically we just want the best we can. Promotion would be a bonus but I'd rather see us improving all the time and finishing 10th than consistently playing fairly well and then sneaking promotion in 6th place. because we'll all know what will happen the next season.
But I think we will do well anyway!

Our team is better than the one relegated from the Premier 2 years ago, so why not promotion?
