Speaking as someone from a family of Birmingham supporters and thus having watched many games over the years I cannot believe we are treating RJ as the problem, the problem was both MM & TC, like bullies at school they could only control numptys and got overpowered by skill and intelligence, hence why most of our imported players became a joke and failed whilst young local talent stagnated.
The partnership RJ had with Scott Dann was immense and should have been recognised at a higher level, my suggestion to cure our defensive ills would be to reunite these two, both are young enough for a good partnership over many years something we have Ben missing at Wolves since the mid 1970's

Every one is for sale (Jarvis n Fletcher) the question is can we afford him. NB he turned us down after a medical do we really want him, I'd say yes just another mercenary to the list we already have.

stale has said he is looking to bring in a new centre back following the decision to leave craddock at home for the tour of ireland.

not exactly a rumour but if you check wolves team on wwfc.co.uk you will undoubtadly notice *IF you can count* a team only consisting of 41 players
Which does include youth players on full time contract

remember the days when we had midfielders that knew where the net was, took a lot of pressure off the strikers, oh for a hibbitt & daley
Oh for days of Dougan, Richards , Waggy
Hibbit, Daley Carr , Gray, Munro ,Bailey Holsgrove, Pailmer Parkin Parks , and the Good old North Bank Choir . Will we ever see a time like that again .

Think some wolves fans need to remember the team that brushed all championship rivals apart the year we got promoted. Despite our dismal season last year, these players still have the ability to gain us promotion, the least they owe us after last season. Players like berra, doyle and many others, had a poor season last year but given the chance in the championship we would surely walk the league again. Especially with the new ideas and the addition of the talented Sigurdsson.
I think given another chance Johnson has the ability to be a key player next season, yet another defender should be brought to partner, or act as cover for the young wolves breaking through like Baath. Just need to sign replacements for players sold and allow the youngsters a chance to show what they can do.

Some people seem to think that if we keep our best players then we are almost certain of automatic promotion. They should remember that there are two teams in the Championship that finished well above us last year in the Prem and several v good teams that were fighting for promotion last year. It's going to be a tough season
There's no denying there are some strong teams in the championship, but the two teams who got relegated with us are losing there first 11. Yes we are likely to lose fletcher and jarvis but the main core of our team will remain the same. I would say we have a stronger squad than Reading and Southampton barring a few players. There are several teams in the championship with lots of money but our team is alot stronger than these currently. We should be beating the likes of Cardiff and Leicster as it stands and i would fancy our chances against any team at home.

Notts Forest have sacked steve cotterill hope this means they gonna offer job to mccarthey who will come looking for conner ?
Don't know why you're so pleased - if ever there was a manager who knows how to get out of championship, it's McCarthy. Probably beat us to promotion and nick our players!
Why would conner leave wolves for forest when he knows he will always have a job while Moxley is at wolves,Mick will have one / two good seasons and then will be sacked
Forest fan here, is MM as bad as he's made out or does he get a bad press?
In answer to the forest fan mick will put a shift in in the champ as he would put it but not quite got it for the prem but with all forest supposed wealth i would think you could do better moving on to hoddle his heart was never in it at the mol his superiority complex never matched his ability no great shakes for us he shouldnt have ventured out of london

Everyone is play batth next season.. Im wondering how many have actually seen him play at a decent level.. also if you have, how good was he??
He is very good as are most of our youngsters
jack price is ment to be the next big thing coming out the academy so keep a look out for him
