Four centre backs on the market and who will we get? Mawson is on his way to the Cottage, Mina 30m+, Rojo 25m+, Pepe 6m.
This is a no brainer!
Pepe is a liability. Rojo is not worth that amount. Mina has age, height, strength all in his favour.
We should go out on a limb to get him. even if it's 40m+. The guy is a tower of strength.
But I'll still back Nuno's decision.
What do you think guys?

Wolfe, there's 100% no Chance Mina will come to Wolves when he's already said "I want to go to Man Utd".
I'd have Rojo as he's already got Premier league Experience, Pepe is a Massive liability.

I agree with Wolfie22. Yerry Mina is far and away the best of that bunch. Imagine him one side, Boly on the other and Coady in between! Oh and Rui Patricio behind! Now THAT is a very very decent defence.
I understand Mina has said he wants to play for Man U. I always wanted to play for Wolves and England. Just because you say you want something it doesn’t mean it happens.

With reference to PaulC Northampton who wrote on Nov 30, exactly 18 days ago. that Wolves are looking like relegation fodder. Jimenez is like Bonatini Mark 2. hardly any points to be gained before Xmas.

Jimenez scored a great goal against Spurs long before MGW came on. The fact that it was incorrectly flagged offside was disgraceful. MGW in a way makes the other players look better simply because he is so good himself and the others also get the benefit. Jimenez is now getting more chances, but was always the player he is today.

You're right WOLVESCOAST they had a goalscorer in their front line and we didn't. I don't want to criticise but it's been the case since the start of the season. It's sad to create so many chances and come up scoreless. We can only wait until January for any kind of a solution. Ah well never mind, Come me babbies.

I am not totally enthusiastic about Traore and at roughly £20m, there is better value elsewhere. Invest in Yerry Mina at £30+, we have wide men already. Shore the back up and Mina, what a great acquisition he'd be for set pieces.
Also, these worried fans about lack of signings. I would sooner be in our boat than those down at Fulham. £42m for Mitrovic and Mawson? Now who's getting desperate.
Oh, desperate brings me to the Vile. How petty is Bruce and that whole set-up down at B6. Sorry fat man, Wolves then Forest are before you in the queue.

Afobe was never in nunos plans, isn’t the kind of striker we need and not good enough for prem. replaced by Jiminez.

Thanks, Manc Wolf for the info so we have replaced Afobe with Jimenez who scored 8 goals last season and replaced Douglas with a player who scored 3 goals in 183 games at his previous club. Sorry still do not see the logic, but you never know, in Nuno we trust.

Afobe failed in the Prem with Bournemouth. No reason to think he would do better with us.

Nuno and Jorge will have players of a better quality ready for the premier league.
Don't judge Patricio, Jimenez or Guedes on their performances so far. It isn't long ago that we were saying Coady can go, take the £2m. We must support and trust the boss in all that he does.
Having said that, I would like Jose, de Souza, Abate, Patricio, Wilshere (not on that wage though), A Silva, Pele to complement our squad.

Gianluca Mancini? Atalanta have shot up Serie A with some impressive results lately. And this guy has scored six goals this season. Not bad for a centre-back. At 22, he could be a great acquisition.

I hope Willian Jose was watching the Manchester derby this afternoon. Just to watch Martial and learn how a No.9 should play. Work in defence as well as attack not just stand and wait for ball to feet. The energy Martial expelled this afternoon is more than Jose would all season.
