well I have to eat humble pie when I first saw the team selection yesterday I thought oh no why, but the boys done good and proved me wrong. danny batth still out of position a couple of times and not loud enough to lead the back four, but I think with williamson along side him could learn a lot.
will we sign anyone? its obvious we need a goal getter. jon dadi is great to watch but needs help. nouha seems to have lost pace and control but we need to unload before increasing the staff so let's wait and see.
so far so good for mr lambert and I for one love to see the youngsters given a chance. let's hope we can put one in moxeys pipe next week onwards and upwards COYW!

Realy happy with how Lambert is running our club seams to have a lot of faith in the players he chooses, and who are we to argue when you get results and performances of late.
I am sure there is a lot of Wolves fans who would not of chosen that side but you have to give credit were it's due, well done Lambo, wish Dicho would have passed that ball though to Costa it would of put the icing on the cake he did same at Stoke when it was easier to pass than shoot but I supose he will come good when he gets first goal which surely is not far away,8 points now from danger zone getting there slowly but surely come on you Wolves keep up the good work.

its all waffle lads the man has spoken nobody in our only hope is williamson stays fit when he gets back then build in the summer so far only one out the door on loan a good kid aswell shows how good the rest of em are no one battering our doors down to sign our so called superstars . onwards and upwards coyw!
1.) 07 Jan 2017 11:53:00
We all now were our weaknesses are but thinking about it Lambert is correct at what he is saying, we have to get rid of at least 6 players first, Williamson could be the answer at centre back as he is almost ready or ready for first team action, also the January transfer market for players will be overpriced due to clubs wanting promotion or staying up.
If we can get a couple of players great if not we will have to do business in summer, we have to have faith in our manager if he is happy with players then so be it.
Have to say been happy with performances since Bristol game although there was one blip being the Q. P. R. game at home, how we lost that game I will never now, sorry I do now bad defending but that's Football, the Sheffield game we played very well and was robbed by Referee not for the first time.
02 Jan 2017 16:49:16
sad to say it looks like same old wolves a proper manager would have had 2 centre halfs signed and training with the first team by now too slow looking at the fixtures by the time this month is out we will be too far away from the play offs to make a challenge so a dead second half too the season hope mr lambert proves me wrong but the deals should have been done already too slow!
1.) 02 Jan 2017 16:59:44
It's the 2nd of January not the 31st. You need to be realistic. Get a grip.
2.) 02 Jan 2017 17:51:59
Fosun worth approx 45billion r actin like their worth 45 quid! Team needs a massive overhaul or were in this division for the unforseeable.
3.) 02 Jan 2017 18:20:11
Paul Tamworth totally agree they won't spend big no chance
Fuson put your money were your mouth is!
4.) 02 Jan 2017 18:56:43
The transfer window doesn't open until 3rd January 2017 due to the bank holidays.
5.) 02 Jan 2017 19:03:50
Financial fair play limits them.
6.) 02 Jan 2017 19:24:41
People don't tell you how to spend your money
They are rich for one reason Not listening to people on how to spend their money not yours.
7.) 02 Jan 2017 20:13:39
Sevloe top clubs put their transfer business in place November December then get the deals done so that they are triggered January "get a grip"
Good job you don't run a buissness you would be left behind oh sorry you would fit in at the wolves.
8.) 02 Jan 2017 20:37:11
FFP doesn't limit them, as they've got that many other companies they could associate with us like club med. don't be fooled if their in it 100% genuine with us bein like a Manchester United in the future they can but I doubt it.
9.) 02 Jan 2017 20:43:29
Maybe they have and things are in place. Expecting it to happen 2 days into the transfer window is crazy. Look how many transfers have taken place so far across all the leagues, oh none. Why make childish remarks about me and running a business? Bit sad that.
10.) 02 Jan 2017 21:59:39
Sevlow correct me if wrong, but didn't the Albion player Mcmanaman play against we today for Sheffield Wednesday.
Paul Tamworth is right we have to get players in to replace players who keep making same mistakes week in, week out it as to be addressed, because the same mistakes keep happening you sound to me as though you are happy with the teams performances.
Let's not forget we are closer to relegation than play offs, let's not get it in our minds that we are to good to go down because we are not.
If FOSUN want to get we in premier they had better stop messing about and do some business, no doubt we will find out.
11.) 02 Jan 2017 22:52:18
Fosun spent more money than Morgan ever did maybe we have to sell a few players we all know which ones and get one or two game changers in the team.
12.) 02 Jan 2017 23:43:11
You are correct bigwolf, my mistake. I am not happy with the teams performance and it won't be fixed in the short term. We have to build for next season so investment in the summer is paramount. January will let PL get in a centre half and a goal scoring forward as ours have not scored since August. Goalscoring strikers are as rare as Unicorns. Where we will get one from I have not a clue.
13.) 03 Jan 2017 11:23:57
Callum McManaman has signed on loan for Sheffield Wednesday in December but couldn't play until January. As this is not a fee paying move, he could play from 1st Jan. Permanent transfers cannot take place before the 3rd as money needs to be exchanged. We have 2 weeks till our next league match so we've got a bit of time to negotiate rather than buying what's available on day 1.
01 Jan 2017 10:56:02
a lot of chat about whos coming in fact is we have to move players out to stay within the leagues limits so whatever and whoever we sign depends on the outs of which from what I witnessed yesterday could be all of them!
1.) 01 Jan 2017 12:25:11
I truly hope Lambert gets it right, cannot keep changing coach/ manager whatever they call him, but what was very worrying is how Lambert was praising our players against a very, very poor Q. P. R. side, needs to go to spec savers if he is happy with that defence we have, they were awful.
Every week now we get the same mistakes from our centre backs even if they seam to play a decent game it's guaranteed that one of them will make at least one cock up and we pay for it, this as to stop fans pay a lot of money and for what, the same mistakes being made every week, so LAMBERT don't try and con the fans by saying we were great because I have seen better defending in the Sunday works league.
2.) 01 Jan 2017 18:37:35
Channelling his inner Dean Saunders with views on the match. Clearly wasn't watching what I was watching.
27 Nov 2016 19:12:47
without doubt a lot of comments on here are right we wee abysmal yesterday but by the time the window opens I fear we will be 2nd bottom and who will want to come then? yesterday paul lambert had the chance to put an attacking side out (no point being defensive when we can't defend ) but no started with 1 up front poor jon dadi since connecting well with mason has had little or no support a big crowd like that deserved to see attacking all game not wait for the last half hour again! don't like to say it but I fear lambert is going to feed usthe same old waffle as jacket much preffered zenga at least he had passion!
1.) 28 Nov 2016 08:38:20
One good thing about havin Fosun as owners they won't put up with what happened Saturday! If Lambert picks that team and churns out performances like that he won't be in charge when the window opens! I always thought a team raised their game when a new boss came in? How wrong I was.
2.) 28 Nov 2016 12:09:21
PT, if they don't start performing I'll guess it won't just be Lambert going, a fair few players will find themselves clubless as could Jeff Shi I reckon.
Fosun' as a group won't hang about if failure is all they are seeing, that in itself should be enough to put the wind up a lot of bodies up the mol.
3.) 28 Nov 2016 13:25:45
Hope your right Jimmyjones 👍 FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION! 👍.
06 Jan 2017 08:18:32
if that is true pompey wolf lambert must be blind taking advantage of the loyalty of us fans protest required me thinks!
01 Jan 2017 15:31:58
i think pricey had it easy to be honest any one can spray the ball around when a team let's you the next month will be a telling time for this side some hard fixtures to come and then I will judge lambert.
