Duck has scored some really good goals for the u23s certainly an eye for goal there are still one or two papers say we favourites to sign Andre gray I thought 20mill was to much.

We definitely need another striker, apparently Bonatini only played something like 18 games last season, he won't have the stamina for a whole season as main striker. That being so, I'd rather get them in asap for start of the season. Afobe or Gray would hit the ground running.

If we don't get that quality striker we will b playing catch up straight from the kick off its no good having quality midfield and defence when you've got nobody to stick the ball in the net.

According to google search on latest news for Andre Gray, there's a report reckons the BBC said we've moved on from Gray because it's too much money, and are now pursuing Gallagher.

Well Ulf, If I were you I wouldn't rely on the BBC for info, they're often way off the mark. Truth is only a handful of people on the planet know the actual reality of the Andre Gray situation at present and I seriously doubt it includes anybody who works in the media.

Medeiros was quoted in the Portuguese newspapers today as saying that he was unsure of his future at Sporting. A move of some sort looks to be on the cards.

Still looking for a midfield hardman, striker to go with Leo and another goalie. Then we got outside chance of the play offs (and a day out at Wembley) .

How hard? A quick scan across the middle suggests Saiss is about as hard as we have, followed by Cavaleiro. But they aren't Alex Rae or Paul Ince. I'm not counting Coady as he seems to be a CB now.

So we'd better rely on speed and dexterity with Neves, Costa, Edwards, Ronan and Graham as well as Cav and Saiss. And Price to punt them from the back of midfield. Plenty of options.

(Also Zyro, MGW, Marshall and not forgetting Oniangue and Evans still on the books) .
