I think if we were going to sign anyone in this window we'd have done it early. perhaps Nino thinks we have enough to finish the job and who are any of us too question him. i just hope he's right
Wolves forever!

1.) 26 Jan 2018 11:43:14
I have no doubt that Wolves will finish in the top six with the current squad, but if they were to lose in the playoffs we will lose some of our star players. So I think we need two quality players to make the final push for the top two positions, just my opinion.

2.) 26 Jan 2018 12:58:08
Bloody better be in top 6 from where we are now.

3.) 26 Jan 2018 19:17:23
Top 6? We would have to slip 17 points relative to Fulham if that doesn't happen. Not to mention 16 to Sheff Utd, 14 to Bristol C etc.

Got to be top or with that potential for slippage, the squad won't survive the Premier.

07 Jan 2018 13:53:00
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but boly will be returning to Porto as his wife doesn't like it here
Don't blame the messenger and I know a lot of people claim to know someone at the club but this person I well connected to the club and never tells me about any potential signings due to trust but did tell me this as I'd said I really hope we sign him as I think he's the best defender I'd seen in years.

1.) 07 Jan 2018 14:59:16
I question your source timtoo.

Why would a source that can never utter a thing utter something about boly? Why boly?

I believe there is a few snags in a couple of the loan players contracts that are been offered and wolves will also be looking at players for the prem. that’s the benefit of having certain players on loan.

I can see complications in Jota, Boly, Vinagre, and Ndiayes terms or issues with where the club will be.
Maybe a big signing would show them where the club would like to be and complete certain players signatures.

But everything will be done for the good of the pack and the Wolves. In Nuno and Jeff I trust.

2.) 07 Jan 2018 15:09:57
I hope your right mate and my source is wrong. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.

3.) 07 Jan 2018 15:35:05
Boly is our best player at the moment in my opinion as he has kept the most clean sheets and been the most consistent player this season. For me he has to stay in a side ready to challenge for Europe with him in it.

4.) 07 Jan 2018 15:52:57
Heard this a few weeks ago about Boly, thought it was rubbish but the rumour keeps persisting.

5.) 07 Jan 2018 16:30:35
I hope this isn't true but I'd like to see the loanees sorted asap to make sure we stay on the rails. Jota, Bonatini, Vinagre, N'Diaye and Boly should all be signed up imo. A RWB also needed as cover for Doc.

6.) 07 Jan 2018 16:46:28
If Boly helps us to get promoted great. he is a very good player.
All this talk about his wife not being happy, mine very rarely is!
Agents play a big part in all this supposed unrest IMO,

7.) 07 Jan 2018 16:39:27
yes he looks like he's not happy playing. behave.

8.) 07 Jan 2018 16:50:13
I've heard this too, massive shame if true. Player of the season so far. If his ( or his wifes ) mind is made up we will find out soon because Nuno will definitely have to strengthen in that area. Miranda has been a bit of a flop.

9.) 07 Jan 2018 16:56:11
Looks like he's changed his mind about being in England for a long time then.

10.) 07 Jan 2018 17:39:22
Boly, the defender that makes laying in the Championship look too easy. If he doesn't want to stay, we move on. Better to keep him sweet for the rest of the campaign than frustrate him by pressurising him to sign.

But it could be agent-sourced twaddle.

11.) 07 Jan 2018 17:39:46
Just saying what I was told jas
I guess only time will tell.

12.) 07 Jan 2018 17:42:45
It's not his wife who earns the money.

13.) 07 Jan 2018 18:16:11
Well, if this is true I can't see Hause going at this stage.

14.) 07 Jan 2018 18:58:31
They haven't got a recall clause in the contract utter nonsense.

15.) 07 Jan 2018 19:02:40
Time will tell . But after been married for 15 years if the wife says she isn’t happy then the whole house isn’t happy . Let’s give some examples on how women get there own way, Christmas time me and my two boys wanted a real tree the mrs wanted the usual fake tree after putting to a vote we had a fake Christmas tree . When we looked into having a new dog the boys and I wanted another Labrador as we loved our old lab Mrs wanted an English bull terrier as she had one growing up we put it to a vote and we have got an EBT . My point is if Bolys mrs isn’t happy in England he won’t sign for us. 😂.

16.) 07 Jan 2018 19:20:49
Exactly Sidney as I explained in an earlier rumour to you that all loans are solid with fees agreed.

As I explained in earlier comment on this rumour some of the loan players are negoating terms or seeing if something better comes along with possibly higher standard of football. But I’m sure everyone around the players at the minute would say look where Jorge has took you. Look where your going. These are the plans Fosun have let’s make it happen. I’m sure if certain things need ironing out Fosun are in a position to make it happen. Unless a player wants champions league and bigger stadium straight away. Which boly May want as he is 26 yrs old. UTW.

17.) 07 Jan 2018 22:12:56
Just a thought on the Rumour pages .

They have tried to unsettle us on the pitch " kicking us to bits " has it worked? No .

they have tried to unsettle us with the "British Winter" and they'll fall apart on a wet winters night. Brentford game springs to mind .
So maybe just maybe they are now trying the mind games with us fans.

Stick together what will be will be .

18.) 08 Jan 2018 12:12:04
A red hot sauce told me billy woly had an argument with his wife. She wants to leave, he shouted wolves ay we abd ran off. He is staying at the mount hotel at the moment while Mendes negotiation with her!

19.) 08 Jan 2018 13:02:05
Well, Billy nsQ, I totally get your frustration, but you are perhaps forgetting one thing. You are not Willy Boly, and he might get his own way in his house.

15 Dec 2017 08:05:20
We're a good side there's no doubt about that but I don't like all this talk of promotion and how were going to win before we've even played. these things can come back to haunt you
Tonight is a potential banana skin.

1.) 15 Dec 2017 13:54:39
Great rumour, cheers.

2.) 15 Dec 2017 14:15:16
LOL maybe this should have been banter. But Timtoo44 has a point, and a cold wet night in Sheffield is just what we don't need. I imagine we'll get the same team sheet as usual, although freshening things up might be good.

3.) 15 Dec 2017 17:57:17
Make your own rumours up Surrey
Was meant to be on the banter side
Sorry if it's spoilt your xmas.

31 Aug 2017 20:42:53
Don't get me wrong I'm chuffed with the players we have but Mark my words we will pay for not signing a striker
And by the way I don't think this psv guy was a striker anyway
What a mess.

1.) 31 Aug 2017 21:02:24
If this is it. Fosun and Nuno have F****d it right up after such a promising early window and start to the season!

2.) 31 Aug 2017 21:11:56
Spud86 how have they f####d it up? Look what we have, how we play and where were going. Some people make my mind boggle. We're a million times better off now than we have been for 15 years or more. Get a grip eh.

3.) 31 Aug 2017 21:46:32
With one striker? What happens if/ when Leo get's injured? All I'm saying is letting dicko and mason go without a real back up is a mistake. I did point out a promising early window and start to the season but if we don't sign a striker before deadline their leaving us really short up top. We've all been saying we needed to sign a striker even before dicko was linked with a move away now we really need a striker! That was my point.

28 Jul 2017 13:31:11
Gestede anyone as a plan b. almost unplayable in the air?

1.) 28 Jul 2017 13:44:23
Just a thought, Lucas Perez is unsettled at Arsenal. I know he wouldn't come but we could try.

{Ed047's Note - Deportivo have made an offer and the player wants to go back.}

2.) 28 Jul 2017 16:24:08
When are we getting the striker we need? One week to go guys - come on or it's going to be goalless draws until the next window.

3.) 28 Jul 2017 16:42:33
there is 1 week to go till the next game they've got till the 1swt of sept to sign a striker there waiting to find the right player come on they havnt let us down yet this summer have they have faith.

4.) 28 Jul 2017 17:50:15
Whoever comes in needs settling in time and therefore I think it is a matter of urgency. Those first few games are tough fixtures so who wouldn't want the striker (s) in by then?

5.) 28 Jul 2017 19:08:29
Ok guys who's going to be Captain mmmmm? It won't be Batth!

6.) 28 Jul 2017 19:49:12
It is Batth if he plays. It was on Tim Nashs Twitter last week that he was Club Captain.

7.) 28 Jul 2017 20:20:18
Club captain but not team captain.

8.) 28 Jul 2017 20:35:05
Jas it won't be Captain Callamity!

9.) 28 Jul 2017 20:43:27
Guys what do you think of Mad Mick's comments that our transfer fees have been "outrageous" he didn't mind his six figure settlement that wasn't outrageous was it?

10.) 28 Jul 2017 20:49:07
Who is it then considering Batth has been captain whenever he played in pre season and is the club captain?

11.) 28 Jul 2017 21:00:23
I thought Mick said the spending was outrageous but if he had the chance, he'd have done the exact same thing. It's a non story for me.

12.) 29 Jul 2017 09:11:23
Wolf, current spending is outrageous! However its become the norm and were lucky enough to have found an owner that can keep up. Mick says straight after he would spend given the chance, so he's not having a go, just responding to a journalists leading question.

13.) 29 Jul 2017 18:31:59
Batth will be first choice in back three, captain and selected for England in next squad.

30 Jun 2018 21:27:50
Just a thought. Anyone else think we may have taken up the option on bonatini so we ca sell him on at a profit like we did afobe
Guess we'll find out soon enough.

1.) 01 Jul 2018 12:12:24
Suggested that earlier on another site. Distinct possibility.

28 Jun 2018 13:02:15
Is bonattelli still with us?

1.) 28 Jun 2018 13:38:58
You mean Bonatini. Are you sure you're a Wolves fan Tim.? No he's gone.

2.) 28 Jun 2018 15:49:01
Predictive text. no I'm not a wolves fan. haven't been for twenty years because that's how long iv had a season ticket.

3.) 28 Jun 2018 18:15:41

25 Jun 2018 20:53:49
Saiss played fantastic at centre half!
Just saying.

1.) 25 Jun 2018 23:15:00
His header off the goal line was top notch. Can’t waif to the new season . UTW.

2.) 26 Jun 2018 08:13:19
Agreed. he had a good game.

3.) 26 Jun 2018 11:45:50
Saiss brilliant game, silva and Carvalho no thanks.

4.) 26 Jun 2018 13:43:49
So because Messi and Naymar are having bad World Cup's you don't want them neither Weymouth.?

5.) 26 Jun 2018 14:19:06
Carvalho no better than Saiss in my opinion and silva not had good season and World Cup so far and for the 35m that been banded about think we could find better options, just my opinion.

6.) 27 Jun 2018 13:25:44
Saiss's stock value shoots up after that match. That header alone added £2m! Yes, the stand-out player for Morocco and can't think why he didn't play the previous match.

23 Jun 2018 23:11:59
Batshuay anyone?

22 Jun 2018 13:23:01
Stoke av put a 2 million bid in for patricio. Wolves will take it because it's a 2 million profit.

1.) 22 Jun 2018 16:29:28
Uh not sure how you are calculating that, how exactly is that a profit on the almost certain £8-16m tribunal fee that we will have to pay?! Besides last time I checked Rui Patricio was a Champs League class player not a Championship class?!

2.) 22 Jun 2018 17:48:30
Have you had your funny bone removed.

3.) 22 Jun 2018 16:37:06
Bully's boy, I think he is joking mate!

4.) 22 Jun 2018 19:24:30
Trouble is on these sites DUD they take everything seriously.

5.) 22 Jun 2018 23:10:34
Sorry Tim, realised it was a joke. My point was more aimed at those that seem to think Rui REALLY will be FREE! Laughable as we will clearly end up paying for him (hopefully less mind:) Anyway apologies if my response seemed too serious ;-P COYW.

6.) 22 Jun 2018 23:11:52
Also I don't really see peeps issue with the Benik deal. I grant you it was odd but if it gets us the team we want well to me that's all good business ;) COYW.

7.) 23 Jun 2018 09:07:25
Benik almost certainly a done deal from the start they would have paid 12m to Bournemouth if we hadn't exercised our option at 10.
