Having read it, sounds like pure clickbait to me. west brom need a winger, we have a good one out of contract in the summer, hey this will make a good story. Can't imagine we'd sell him to them unless they made a silly bid, I mean we can't completely ignore ffp. If that's not the case though, surely it's better to keep him and risk losing him on a free in the summer? he'd have a big role in any promotion push and I'm guessing he'd stay if we won promotion?

I agree with you GNL the story looks like one journalist with nothing else to write about. He would be daft to go to west brom now with relegation a real possibility anyway.

Is Clarke going out on loan?
1.) If anyone will have him. He could do with a run in League 1, see if he can grab some goals and a bit of confidence and come back firing. (In an ideal world!)
2.) I understand lads that he has options from league 1 to join clubs but I think wolves are waiting for ivan toney to sign before he goes
3.) Looks like it. His contract only runs until the end of this season, think the jury has decided it's time to dispense with his services, het his wages off the overheads and allocate elsewhere

Just seen a internet report that ward is now a target for burnley.

Move for Clayton doomed! Wolves won't meet Crewe's asking price-yet another deal down the drink. Sell the club Morgan you're a joke!
4.) With these deals fallin through it certainly makes the club look a joke! Morgan gets richer as proved in this years Rich list and the club gets poorer as proved by the lack of transfer activity!
5.) Signing Max Clayton who would be a back up for 1m would be bad business.
6.) Clayton would've been a good addition because of his potential but he wouldn't have ousted current first team personnel. Not the end of the world.
7.) When we've got fans like you moaning about us not throwing money at signings, that's what makes this club like a joke. We can't afford to spend on wages because of the Bomb Squad. Until we sell them we're spending 100k every week on players who will never play for us again. Quality over quantity.
8.) Hope the Ward deal goes through for Burnley, don't like the idea of a player coming back to score against Wolves when it matters.
Our transfer activity is pretty much what I would have expected considering much of the bombsquad are still around.

13.) I've never said we don't need to sign players, as long as they are quality. But you seem to want anyone, and throw your toys out of the pram whenever a transfer doesn't transpire. Having seen the match today, we would've won if luck hadn't been on their side, and don't see a problem with the squad we have taking us through to the January window!
14.) This is where we disagree, you are willin to wait till Jan when u can see we need a striker! I want a striker and centre midfielder ASAP! With 2 decent additions we can compete for a top 6 finish! Leave it till jan and were mid table at best.

his contract wasn't paid off it was cancelled, he will not have been paid nowhere near the value of the rest of his conract

Fulham linked to maguire now. they are throwing money at going back up.
1.) Lets forget Muguire, we have the young lad we signed from Wycomelast season Huese, he is a big strong young centre half and is a very good prospect. He will play in the friendlies and I think we will see he is more than capable for the championship. He will be great along side Danny, so let's move on and forget about Muguire. Another Centre forward need though, someone who can poach in the box from six yards.
2.) Fully agree McGuire isn't coming and young Huese could turn out to be a good un
3.) I saw hause in reserves last season and he looked pretty poor tbh, didn't go last night as on holiday so I'm not sure how he played
