Has anyone else heard anything about Omar Bogle from Grimsby? I heard before the window opened that we were looking at him but nothing since. I live on the Isle of Wight and a couple of Portsmouth fans have told me that he is "class" apparantly. I know Rotherham have had a bid of £850,000. Surely £1mill would be worth a punt.

Bogle looks a decent lad, Big, Powerful and quick. He would be worth a punt at 1M! Maybe get Taylor in from Bristol Rovers as well; he wouldn't cost much either!

My friend is a Grimsby fan and has been raving about him all season. I think it will take £1.5m to get him (or some sort of deal involving one of our kids going the other way on loan - I see Aaron Collins is back from Notts County) . He seems to be the real deal to me though, and he's a local lad - played for Sandwell Town and the Blue Noses in their youth academies.

You miss the point about 'big Bogle'. He was born in Sandwell and all of his family are here. That's pretty important, if you ask me.

I hope we won't be put off the lad because he's a few hundred thousand more than what we want to pay; that's been our downfall under 'The Fat Controller' Moxey! Thelwell needs to let the fans know, he's prepared to pay out that extra bit to snag the targets he and Lambert want! I still think we may pull out a major surprise and also get a couple of decent hardened Champ players; am I dreaming though? COYW!

I want Bogle and Taylor 😡 Why can't we sign any proper strikers instead of the attacking midfielders? Why is it so hard for the powers that be to understand?

I hate to doubt Nuno after what he performed for us last year. He may well have got it right again this summer, who knows?
I do think that we could do with PL experience though. I personally think that we should have gone for Mawson, Bertrand and Antonio.
I reckon we could have got the 3 of them for £50m combined. Antonio and Doherty would give us 2 really good RWB's Vinagre and Bertrand would give to really good LWB's and a back 3 of Boly, Coady and Mawson would be a very solid defence. Midfield is sorted and forward line very few outside the top 6 can match us.
That is only my opinion though.

Bonatini is a great signing, £5million, a full pre-season, amazing work rate and the ability to score. Andre Silva on the other hand has been so ineffective at the world cup and the money they are asking would be a horrendous purchase. Hopefully one more striker to come as I think we need 3. Personally I would love it to be Vincent Aboubakar although it probably won't be. Wolves ay we.

I am guessing that Jota's new deal with us would be higher wages than he is currently on so if they wait until July they pay his current wages rather than the inflated wages.

If you watch his interview he on e&s website he says only a wingback if a better one than Doherty is available, a striker if Mir doesn't settle in during the next two weeks and maybe Maddison if the right deal can be done although unlikely as they wouldn't want to sell Pritchard and Maddison.
I wouldn't know myself as just like everyone else on here I am not 'in the know'. Being a Wolves fan living on the Isle of Wight we don't get the most credible Wolves info down here.
