When Rednap was at QPR in 2015 he spen 108m in the January window alone they got a fine of 8m. We have spent including Neves if it happens around 50m so I am sure if a fine comes along it won't hurt the club to much.

Flatt has gone out on a year loan as well so I cannot see CI going anywhere personally.

I can see a possible transfer bid for him but not 3m. 1m plus 2 players seems most likely. Saville and Price perhaps would do a good job for them its their level.

I suspect the truth behind him leaving may well be hidden by our previous owner and CEO . Money was an obvious factor for him and the club at a time when Morgan needed to balance the books. If he comes back it would not bother me one jot tbh.

I think if you read the artical correctly ref Mendes he is giving evidence regarding potential tax evasion by certain players in Spain and not tax invasion by him.
