Was it me, but just sat down to watch Central News, hoping to see the Wolves goal highlights. and nothing ☹️.
Previous night and both the Boggies and Blowes shown, there again it was against Accrington Stanley! Who are they? , where as we played a totally underperforming second string Southampton side that got to the final last year.
Sorry miserable old man syndrome setting in!

You ain't getting old man syndrome charlie lots of us are realising exactly the same thing mate we, re getting no coverage if they say anything its negative I knew we were hated but not this much they all just jealous, no team especially from the midlands apart from the vile is supposed to be as big as us now but we, ll have the last laugh and I can't wait stuff the lot of em.

Reason wolves get so little coverage on tv or radio is because most media based in Birmingham so focus on villa n blues as they " local" which is bs cause even saddlers get more coverage than us as for radio that's even worse - other week we played Cardiff top table match but radio ( talksport 2 ) had a Fulham game on then this weekend on sky villa on Friday against small team last Friday it was blues vs Burton ( must been nice for Burton be the big team for once ) wolves played best in lge but zilch coverage - media hates us cause we actybigget success wise than villa n they can't have that villa are their media darlings they won European cup can't poss be overshadowed by little old wolves thus lack coverage.

Irrespective of the priorities, which change dependant upon many external factors, Wolves have shown new values which are constant and consistant.
The fact that we have the calibre to have tried to do business in this way and not be blackmailed into paying over the odds is world class business practice, rather than getting into the reactive cattle market of football that many clubs fall into.
We are in safe hands. I suspect that the two strikers we were chasing may already be on our radar for January.

Mentioned on Talkshyte this morning that Origi going to to Newcastle, which could involve a move that sees Gayle going to Liverpool.

Porto site saying not to expect to much activity in transfer market but more likely to see outward loans, so the Soares rumour may have some credibility.
Although with no one coming in to replace, does leave them short upfront going into their league and champions league campaigns, where they have started well.
Maybe they do business the same as us and nothing happens until it happens!

Norman Deeley, Johnny Handcocks and Peter Broadbent then Fred. what would that trio be worth in today's market? . and what made them great?
They were Wolves, we are wolves, the strength is in the pack.
Seriously, good luck to Nouha, ✊ he was one of ours and we move on.
Now let's stop messing about and get Gayle, Paulinho and Soares signed. The signs do appear good from various sites.

Realistically the better team lost.
But to be 3 up was testiment to our defensive display in the first half, more nervy in the second half, but Preston are a good solid unit.
3 points is more important with Cardiff, Sheffield and Leeds winning.
Still enjoyed the ride!

Saw us anialate a strong Liverpool team 4:1 in 1981 at the Mol, with Hanson, Souness, Dalgiesh, Lawrenson, et. al.
Lights failed if I recall, different era, different opposition, but for entertainment level and dominance today’s performance equalled this.
Am I dreaming?

Excuse my language but. jolly hockey sticks
I have to say that I was blown away with today’s performance, we can expect the odd blip, but today Villa were sent packing back to Brumpton with a message for the rest of the league.
If Jota ain’t signed up in Jan, we’re going to have a premiership club snap him up, no doubt. he's by far the best player I’ve seen in a wolves shirt for 30 years, pure class, and no one comes anywhere near him in this division.
Thought we had a good shout for penalty in first half from where I was sitting, great performance and superb result!

Just having a Sunday afternoon ponder on the rest of October, which although is only four games could give us some indication where we are.
Having lost to both Cardiff and Sheffield Utd, the games against Villa, Preston QPR and Norwich will either see us or out of the top six.
These are a tough run and as a minimum, we have to grind wins out in my honest opinion against Villa and Preston, to keep them off our heels.
9 points from 12 and we will still be top two.
5 points or less and I think we will be out of the top six.

Just my thoughts!
