4ft 11 podence playing as a striker with Costa on the bench who to be fair was chomping at the bit to get on the field!
Coady massively missed as we knew he would be and scored again today. On paper we have one of the best squads in the league but as it stands we look like relegation fodder.

Which paper is that Benny? Fact is we have several hyped up players, some of whom we've just shelled out £65m or so on when the world and his wife have known for a couple of years that we need two out and out quality strikers. £65m would probably have got us them but instead we've acquired more clones of the players we've already got with the result that we are so slow and predictable in attacking areas.

anyone else concerned? I'm slightly worried now not only based on the recent performances but the team selection nuno got it wrong again tonight. 2 players in the starting 11 that are nowhere near match fitness! jota, cav and Costa should have started tonight and I think it would have been a different game. hopefully Cardiff slip up tomorrow if not the gaps narrowed down to 6 then the pressures going to start building, come on boys get it together!

Agree with that, Jota should have played. That’s the way it looked to me anyway. ⚽️😉👍.

I diagree when I see comments on Newsnow saying we were well beaten, because in my view we weren’t! We didn’t play particularly well or as well as we can but we weren’t that bad either! What we were was sloppy, careless and too casual at times! We didn’t consentrate enough and didn’t play with the urgency required! ⚽️😉👍. It did demonstrate going forward we need several quality acquisitions when we go up. Onwards and upwards! Every game here on will be a cup final!

Jota needed resting looked jaded last few games biggest thing missing from wolves was NEVES we don’t have a player anywhere near his class in his position- not saying other players bad, far from it but NEVES is something special - bigger concern imo is how we started getting sloppy in defence far to many opponents seem be finding space in our defence that never used be there - also teams seem be starting dictate pace off games now and that can’t be allowed happen because it stops our free flowing style of play - we certainly not in a crisis but need sort the issues out so as not give other clubs any glimmer of hope that they can catch us.

I agree with the bonatini comment not good enough in the slightest seems to be lacking in a lot of confidence but why did he start him when we were up against a team that are playing really well at the moment and pushing for promotion. also I would like to know what's been going on with nunos tactics as of late. I know everyone agrees that he's cost us the last 9 points, don't get me wrong he's the best manager we've had down the wolves in a long time and he's put us in a great position but are we going to throw this away? we could have been 15 points infront of 3rd place and now it's 10 I'm not going to lie I'm slightly concerned. saiss in my opinion isn't good enough and it showed tonight, he should have started with jota, cav and Costa and maybe changed it later but again team selection let us down.
