Listening to the radio last night on the way home from the match. Apparently the reason why Chelsea lost is because they played poorly, not Wolves played well. Also heard this morning about how good Phil Foden is even though he hardly gets a look in at Man City. In my opinion, Foden isn't good enough to wipe Morgan Gibbs Whites backside.

Sounds like us when we lose against teams in the relegation zone.

Timmy as always fella I'm not sure what you are smoking but you seem to have missed the point! People (mostly our own fans and you) were VERY quick to point out that when we lost it was cause we played badly and VERY much not cause the oppo played well! I think the point Jas is RIGHTLY making here is that the headline is ALWAYS quite FIRMLY (and WRONGLY) focused on the bigger club! As is the case when we lost to Huddersfield and Cardiff!
And Jas you are bang on with this, it has long been a blind spot for many pundits! With the worst offenders ALWAYS bringing the convo back to the top four!

Timmy-Sorry I realise that I may not have explained that very well, what I mean is that you are both making the SAME VERY valid point! The pundits ALWAYS focus on the BIGGER club playing badly rather than the smaller club playing well and it annoys me a LOT! I drove home last night hearing nothing but chat about United and Mourinho, not a mention of us and what we are doing! And frankly that REALLY grinds my gears! COYW ;)

BullysBoy, I no longer care what the press say about us. Us Wolves fans are the only ones who care about our beloved club. But watch in a few years now big we become. Fosun are not messing about. Nuno is here for the long term and Molineux will be expanded and Wolves will be challenging the Big boys for the title. I can't wait.

{Ed025's Note - bloody hell jaz, this time last week you were all talking about sacking nuno and that relegation was on the cards!, now nuno is the best thing since sliced bread and you are going to challenge the big boys, you could,nt make it up mate..

Ed025, you're right. Most of us are guilty of swings of emotion in following Wolves. One minute we're challenging the top six, the next, it's time for a change of coach. It's called, being a football fan I guess. A solid mid-table finish this season would be a great result. Personally I think we will do a little better, maybe 7th to 8th, not far behind Everton!

{Ed025's Note - that would be a fantastic result DT, im being conservative and saying around 12th mate and even thats a great season then you build from there..

Not me Ed. My expectations were a mid table finish this season. I'm a realist. I've never said we should be pushing for Europe this season. I just so happen to know someone who is working with the club on the stadium expansion as well as a coach at the club. One of them goes to the monthly progress meetings and he's the one who tells me about the plans.

{Ed025's Note - thats a fair shout jas mate..
