Any news on “Away” season tickets or have they been scrapped to give everyone a chance to purchase?

Was in ticket office today renewing season ticket when away season tickets was discussed. The 1100 current away season ticket holders will be given the opportunity to renew in June. After they will go on general sale. The number will probably increase to about 2000.
