Avoided a banana skin today, this was one of my list of doubtful games and a point is a good result. I see Ruddy is coming in for some stick but no problem Norris can step in if needed. Onward and upward. And Villa lost!

Good result today a point away from home is always a good point Preston are a decent side with a in your face approach this is the kind of side we have struggled with this season. Looking forward to the next two both footballing teams and these are the kind of games we've played our better football against a point closer boys soon be time to crack open the champagne. IN NUNO WE TRUST.

Read a lot of criticism of ruddy after today. Was he really that bad? Also Afobe seems to be getting stick for doing 'nothing' comments please as I obviously wasn't there.

Tough game today and probably a fair result, they've only lost six games this season, so maybe they can do us a favour in the coming weeks,
Personally I didn't think ruddy was bad today, although he was shocking in the second half against QPR,
But a good point today.

Didn't see him today but overall I do like Ruddy, for me there isn't a better shot stopper in the Champ! Where he struggles is in his decision making which can be shaky and that in turns knocks onto affect both his and the teams confidence in him to command the area! It is one of those catch 22's mind as if he didn't have said weakness then we wouldn't even have him as he would of been snapped up to the Prem because the rest of his game is fairly solid. For me if/ when we sort auto with games to spare I would like to see some rotation and part of that would be a couple of starts for Norris (and Gibbs for that matter) . I suspect though that we will sign another experienced keep in the next window as more established competition which probably wouldn't be a bad thing in the Prem. I do hope we keep Norris mind, from the limited games I've seen he looks like a VERY good prospect for what in keepers terms is a fairly young player. COYW.
