Frank De Boer recently revealed that he would love a chance to manage in the UK but that it would need to be the right project to entice him.
His agent Guido Albers said "My client has the aim of starting a new project from the beginning" and "does not consider any opportunity in the current season. Therefore is considering carefully to choose the best solution for 2017-2018".
Wishful thinking perhaps but that is the type of manager we need, who plays creative attacking football.
Ok, we also need a creative attacking team.

My god, never, ever, ever do I want to see Frank de Boer managing wolves. I live near Amsterdam, and have watched ajax for years as my partner is a huge fan, beleive me, the title wins he got there were not down to him, but due to his players being far, far too good for the league they're in, the style of play he used there is not much different to what lambert is using now, aka, hoofball up to a lone striker and constant backpassing to the keeper/ defenders.

We already have a manager! Let him manage! He has only been in the job 10 minutes!

Thanks for the first hand perspective amsterdamwolf, didn't imagine a 4-3-3 formation and four titles being hoofball.
Would love Lambert to turn it around Shanghai-Wolf but seems to be no improvement after 19 games.

To be honest man, I spent the first few games watching Ajax under De Boer in utter disbelief, I had heard all this stuff about how great they were, and it was just. dire, was some of the most boring football you could ever wish to see for most of the game, then occasionally, the players would just do their own thing and there would be a few shining moments of skill.

Initially I was thinking Marcelo Bielsa, thought he was a free agent. Then found out he's going to Lille next season.
Anything but boring with him in charge.
