I think it just proves after the last few performance bar the forest one where we need to strenghten we need a leader in defence someone who can control the back 4 because batth just ain't doing it I listened to the game today and they were saying stearman played well but he won't be there for much longer so we need the quality so we need to splash about 5-8 mil on a quality defender.

Jas, I think we need Williamson PLUS someone to partner him. Danny boy keeps getting found out. Good div1 player at best.

James Collins would do for me. Worked under Lambert before and is only a bit part player at West Ham now. He has the experience needed.

I no that but kept a clean sheet but batth never good enough he's getting out muscled week in week out probably would of turned out a bad player if he had a good leader next to him from a young age but too late now.
