The defence needs to be sorted as a matter of urgency. Everything else can wait. The midfield will be OK as they should be able to play with more freedom if the defenders do their job. Let's try and survive this season and then push on next season.

The urgency you mentioned is not something new, go back several seasons and managers back to Mccarthy, it's always been there, just look at our goals against over those seasons. Why is it only supporters can see the problem?
