Likability for me it has to be Tim Sherwood. Other 2. both awful personalities. ide give it to Sherwood. better man manager.

Seems too late now but ian Holloway has a better track record on no money than any of the three. Not just the miracles at Blackpool. He has got the personality to get the team pulling together and he already knows all the problems we've got in the squad.

Ian Holloway was my first choice from day 1. no idea why we've not heard about any approach for him.

Mainly because he couldn't manager a piss up in a brewery.
Totally inept Manager with a big ego and nothing else. he is even crap at trying to talk a good game.
