We need a Director of football to oversee everything who works with the Manager and allow the manager to coach and manage. Damien Comolli and Ian Ayre are available and have the experience from their time at Chelsea, Liverpool and Spurs. They do not interfere with the managers role but assist him by looking after all other matters. The new manager must be allowed to bring in the players of his own choosing.

Ed. I thought Ayre was highly thought of at Liverpool.

{Ed001's Note - not by the fans. He was very good at getting sponsorship deals but utterly appallingly bad at anything football related. I am trying to be nice about him, because he is a nice guy who genuinely tried his best for the club he supports, but he was just out of his depth as a CEO. It was not his fault.}
