It's looking likely that Costa will play some part in Saturdays game, but I doubt he'll start.
I'm guessing Lage will start with Hwang then give Costa 30 mins in the second half depending on how things go. If Costa works out, should we expect him to take priority over Jimenez (when fit) in terms of starting or more of an even split? Thoughts?

Most definitely, I think Raul looks dejected and uninterested, maybe to do with injuries or maybe off field trouble's.
I heard off a acquaintance who worked at the club last year he doesn't get on that well with Bruno.

Good q Longmynd.
I guess it depends on how Costa does?
We are effectively looking at 4 options for our central striking position .
Hwang - obviously not good enough and can be dismissed.
Jimenez - was fantastic and would be a serious option if he can get back anywhere close to his pre David Luiz form. But it now appears a big big if!
Costa - was even better than Jimenez but even longer ago and it will be somewhat surprising if he can get anywhere near to that level but even half of what he was would still make him a serious option.
Sadly I fear however that the best option will be none of the above as I don't see Jimenez or Costa returning to anything like the required level.
This would mean buying a new option in January and until then working on a system that doesn't require a traditional CF.
Hopefully I am wrong and Costa hits the ground running!

Agree Tfiog, I'm dying to see a rejuvenated Costa in action but as you say even running on three cylinders' he will be welcome.

bc68, wasn't it Ruddy who said he needs to work on his man management skills, it's either Nuno's boys don't like his changes or it's the way he implements them. Either way I think there's something, as for me, too many of that group seemed happy to leave.

I do believe Costa is fit as a 33 year old can be. No doubt he kept himself fit up until he signed for Wolves. As a long term option I think we should go back in for Ramos and then we need to start integrating our youngsters back into the 1st team from their loan spells. Ryan Giles has the best stats for a left back in the championship. Luke Cundle us also smashing it. Conor Ronan needs game time and should be let loose for 20 minutes and I think he will surprise many.
