Could well be some substance in this, wolves interested in fiorentina right wing back bruno gaspar. 25 year old portuguese player.

I've seen that link too. Well, we need competition for Doc, so it could happen, but we will be linked with God and his dog this transfer window!

Any players linked with wing back positions I would say probably have some truth to them at the moment. As Nuno has stated there aren’t many good ones around at the minute and would want it sorted before the WC.
So at LWB we have Bertrand and Telles linked.
At RWB we have Bruno gaspar.

Add into the mix Vinagre all intriguing.

True enough anew, although you do have to wonder what has happened with Vinagre? Now I am not in ANY way pretending to say this is true because I have not a clue BUT it does seem like there has been some sort of falling out there. Because he's hardly put a foot wrong on the pitch and was getting regular game time albeit from the bench before the turn of the year then suddenly nothing! I mean the fact he wasn't even getting on the bench (before the last game of the season) was verging on plain weird considering (from what's been seen) the lad has considerable potential. His disappearing act did begin around the same time that Chelsea and United were tied with scouting him, which again is of course just my own speculation but something must have happened/ been said because he just fell off the map! Thoughts?

Cheers bullysboy. From what I’ve picked up there was a lot of speculation around Ruben after the Man City game. I think it was more to protect the player by him been kept out of the lime light. He seems to have got on with the Portuguese and squad in general from photos shared after there training in Spain and on social media at each other’s House.
He probably wasn’t ready for the games against middlesborough, Cardiff, Reading, hull and derby for example. It’s a results business and as Vinagre is young the trust wasn’t there at 18 yrs of age.

I have been wondering about Vinagre too. He got himself badly red carded earlier in the season and generally needed to polish up his game but to not even be on the bench is a mystery.

So either Nuno didn't think he needed him. Or there is more to it, like he's going elsewhere next season or he's in trouble (or is trouble) .
