Out the bottom teams
Ward Prowse, Ryan Bertrand and Johnny Evans would be decent additions, but a striker is priority as you don’t get as many chances in the Premier League and teams without a 15 goal hitman tend to struggle!
For a loan Domanic Solanke might be worth a look.

Honestly wouldn’t want any of them. Wouldn’t want Joe Allen or Butland either. even on a free, never mind the crazy figures being spoke of. Keep the rot out, we want fresh new blood, hungry players, not “let’s settle for 16th” players. I’d also send Afobe back and gradually fade out Ruddy and Bennet for the same reasons.

Let’s give it a proper go.

Why wouldn’t you want Butland? England’s number 2 in my opinion, with a solid defence he could come good!

No shaqiri please, arrogant little dwarf with no work rate and would ruin the team spirit, he knows how to kick a ball but I think would be a backwards step.

I wouldn't want them because I want us to win the premier league. I know that sounds insane but I want to aim for the top. You won't find players who can do that who are already in the prem, they are too expensive. You could probably buy Donnarumma for 35M.

After all the work this season everyone just wants to be Stoke. If all this heartbreak over the years has been leading up to becoming Stoke, I'm out. The old lot always do this every season "we need proven prem players", it's not true, we proved it this season, aim for the top not 16th.

Exactly Mutiny. Aim for silverware then we have more manoeuvrability as sponsors will come flocking. We need to be careful this preseason. Nuno must trust his contacts and his gut on who he feels will make the difference. Also need to watch out for burn out during China tour. As many of our new players and squad will have took part in some shape or form in World Cup.
