Jas M, the article says it is hard to build a stadium as big as Real Madrid because of the position of the University. It does'nt say it is impossible. It was hard to build our training ground at Compton Park because of the position of St Edmunds school but our previous owner had the school knocked down, rebuilt, a load of houses and training ground which we plan to extend.

We need to build a squad to keep us in the premiership before we think about the stadium. Part of the problem we are having at the moment is the lack of quality in the squad.

Baza - in terms of 'quality' who has more in this league right now?! I get your point next season but if we have quality in the Prem comparative to what we have for this league then we will smash it! I grant you that is unlikely in fairness but still don't think any fan of ANY other champ team would say we lack quality in our squad right now! Take tonight, Jota gets a knock Cav comes on. Oh what EVERY other team in the league would give for a player like Cav. and he's on our bench!

Yes we have 5 players regularly playing up front and they are all good then we have Bright and Mir and the youngsters who would probably hold down a place in eg Reading at the back we can bring in Hause Vinagre Batth Miranda again players other teams would use every week in midfield three good players challenge for 2 places

We will need a couple of better players in the Premier though one defender and one striker definitely maybe more if loans go back.
