"Wolves plotting £20million swoop for TWO strikers - if they can find a way around Financial Fair Play Wolves' top brass fear they might fall foul of FFP regulations if they sanction a huge splurge on the pair.

The Molineux club fancy Sheffield Wednesday's Jordan Rhodes and Norwich City's Nelson Oliveira.

But Wolves' top brass fear they might fall foul of FFP regulations if they sanction a huge splurge on the pair. A summer of heavy-recruitment has already seen them splash out £15m on Ruben Neves.

And a host of other signings have pushed up the club's outlay.

I think this is half true.

I can see us in for Oliviera but not Rhodes due to Mendes.

I would be happy to see Oliviera down here and I like his attitude.

We only paid a fiver for neves just copied the following article from the72!
As well as the two teams who may not be willing to sell, Wolves may face another obstacle in getting these two strikers at Molineux. With the club already spending a lot of money this summer, most notably £5 on Ruben Neves, they could end up being unable to sign either of these players due to Financial Fair Play. So if they want to sign both players, they will need to work out a way around these rules.
