At this rate we will be the only team in the division with a head coach squad. If that doesn't get us promoted, nothing will. Lose a few games, put Lambert on the bench and use Karanka., and so on., then Ranieri, then Silva etc. In fact we could name two head coaches in every match day squad, with one in the bench. Not going well at half-time, Mr Big in China can press a button to sub one of the head coaches.

Karanka is available, so why the delay? Maybe, just maybe, Karanka is not number one choice. Perhaps Silva is the preferred option but that cannot be explored until his contract with Hull has expired at the end of their season, which is after Sunday's game. Can't appoint a manager while he is manager of another team! Would explain the delay.

Pardew wouldn't take the job. He I imagine wouldn't trust the hierarchy at the club any further than he could throw them. Lambert was given assurances by Jeff Shi two weeks ago his transfer plan was supported he was backed and a day and half later told it wasn't. Hmmmm! Would you trust them? Did the same with KJ told him he was safe and bought Zenga in. We all know what happened to him. It doesn't look good does it? 👎😥.
