Talisca is already discussing with Wolverhampton maturity that will in England. The E. U issue could be because Talisca is having a contract that will take him past the date we leave the E. U. The Brazilians have an agreement with the E. U to allow players easy access to the E. U, but the U. K still has to set up a trade agreement with Brazil. It was predicted that the U. K would have problems getting players if we left the E. U.
