Wilmots?! Only club side he ever managed was Sint-Truidense and he got sacked in 2005! Been assistant then full time manager of Belgium - let's be honest with all their talent it would be hard to fail - but he did!
No thanks.
New owners, new ceo, need at least one person who knows English football. Martinez would set our stall out.

Just think it would be back to having a rudderless ship if we don't have somebody with the requisite knowledge of English football somewhere in the management structure. If you take out all the fantasy island foreign managers folks keep throwing up - remember we're still in the Chumpionship, Martinez has something to prove, is available, knows the league, plays good football (ok he may need to work on his defensive tactics) . Ee could do a lot worse.

With you Poz - Wilmots is useless. Look at how good that Belgium squad is and he couldn't get anything out of them.
I like Martinez, but he lacks defensively. He certainly wouldn't be worse than we already have that's for sure.

People keep throwing the defensive issue at Martinez based on last season. And I agree to a point. However, there were clearly 'issues' at Everton last year which gor whatever reason Martinez couldn't turn around - Stones pos leaving? Jakielka over the hill? I don't know. But he did a good job there previously and was worshipped at Seansea and Wigan.

I wish the local press would get their facts right about Guo Guangchang. They keep stating that he has only £3 billion pound (3.93USD) but is actually worth £5.72 billion (7.5USD) . He is only just behind Roman Abramovic on 6.25 billion (8.2USD), for all you who like statistics.

So we basically have our very own Roman Abramovic and the success of Wolves will be down to just how seriously he takes us. let's hope he's a football fan, like Roman.

Meh, what's 1.79 billion these days anyway.

Guo Guangchang personal wealth makes him the 4th wealthiest owner of a Football Club in the UK. Not me saying it, but the Financial Times.
I think that gives us a fair chance of better days.
ps
KJ is a decent man, but well out of his depth. I really hope Monday includes some statement about a Premiership quality manager coming in.
KJ, an excellent 3rd tier manager.
MM, an excellent 2nd tier manager
Time for the real thing!
