Hi guys firstly hope you all had a great christmas certainly helped by 6 points with 2 clean sheets. Right I hate to burst everyone's bubble but no takeover will be completed for at least a couple of months as I have previously stated once a sale price is agreed a period of exclusivity/ due dilligence has to be entered which is around 6/ 8 weeks when the potential buyers credentials are checked, otherwise you end up with the likes of Carson Yeung. If this had already been done then 1 i'm pretty sure the press would have known about it and told us (like sandwell town when that is when the deal broke down) and 2 we would not have been able to sign any players during this period. Sorry guys i'm not saying Ding Lei won't buy us i'm just saying that it ain't going to happen for a while. So the best scenario is we get a striker and a centre back in january then new owners after that. Happy new year to you all COYW.
