He didn't want to come and couldn't agree personal terms apparently so why would he and why would we want him now?

The point is that he's opted to stay and fight for his place at Leicester. However after the international break he could find his first team opportunities limited. Leicester have various striker options. If he finds he's not playing enough he may be up for a loan move.
